This company did exactly what they said they would do. The bid stated the price clearly. They indicated that if they needed to return and do additional work to make the system work effectively, that they would do it at their cost. Turned out the system needed an adjustment and additional time and materials. Just like the contract said there was no additional cost. On top of that, they were very communicative and on-time every step of the way. The installation was very clean and professional looking. I highly recommen them.

Ally took my call regarding an inspection report on a home I am selling. We subsequently got the inspector on the phone and Ally was able to correct his conclusion, resulting in a revision of the inspection report. She was not only very responsive, but also very knowledgable and helpful. Awesome service!

I was very hopeful that I would have a good experience with this company. That’s why I selected them even though they were the highest of the three bids I received (they were almost double the price of my lowest bid!). Communication was poor throughout the multiple visits. It was unclear who I was supposed to coordinate with, as every time I dealt with a different person. Every time they were scheduled to come out, they canceled and rescheduled (three times in total), often right before the appointment. The work was done quickly and haphazardly, and messes were left everywhere. In total, the spent less than 4 hours here (after telling me it was 1.5 days of work) even though it was over the course of weeks, and they were always rushed. I spent a lot of time cleaning up after visit. Questions about the install were never answered (I didn’t have many), and they had to come out and fix the system after it broke (it just stopped working) within the first week of installation.

In the end, I just wish I would have just gone with the lowest bid- I would have probably had a better experience and saved a lot of money.

Before I bought my home in 2016, Cascade Radon installed a mitigation system. Last week it started making a loud noise, so I called the company. Today they came and fixed it, it was under the 5 year warranty, so there was no charge. They were fast and Chip was super nice. Also, the new fan they installed, comes with an additional 5 year warranty. I'm impressed!

The entire experience from initial contact to completion of our system was outstanding. The quality of workmanship and commitment to 'doing it right' was apparent at each step of the way. Cascade Radon's commitment to achieving a universally accepted radon level was achieved, even when it took a second trip to add additional venting - which they did at their cost. If you simply want the highest level of excellence from your first call to successful completion of your project, Cascade Radon should be the only call you need to make!
