Cascade Tickets reviews
7$9.37 per ticket fee for a concert that's only $27.50. Cascade tickets is ripping us off.
Cascade tickets rules. When my show was canceled Cris picked up the phone on the first ring and was able to process my refund in a matter of minutes, seconds even. They’re always reliable and communicate in a timely manner. Will be using them over any of the big companies whenever I can.
Called customer service because I realized I couldn't find my ticket the day of the show. Customer service was very helpful and quickly sent me a new one!
Cris was amazing and helped me change the will call name for my tickets. You guys are awesome!
I purchased ticket for the Black Puma concert in Aug and it was canceled. So I waited a month or two to see if they would reschedule. They didn't so I ask for a refund after waiting so long. A week later the rescheduled and I still have not received my refund so I confirmed with them via email are my ticket still valid.they returned a email and said yes my tickets are still good to use.weeks later a refund shows up with and email telling me my refund was processed. I check to rebuy ticket right away and they are double the price that I purchased them for!
RIP OFF AND POOR COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS AND EACH OTHER.
I needed info about tickets I purchased months ago. I called the local phone number and a REAL person promptly answered the phone and my question. So easy! Thank you!
Bought tickets to a concert, the headliner and one of the opening bands cancelled, cascade tickets offered refunds to anyone who wanted one. I email them the next day saying I did, since I didn't go because the headliner was who I bought said tickets to see. They claimed the ticket associated with my email was redeemed at the door, but it WASN'T because I didn't go. Or at least it wasn't me, the person who bought them, that used them. I explained this to them and they still refused to refund me. More like they never responded again, completely ignoring me instead of trying to come to any sort of agreement.
