My client had the worst experience with this place. Not only do they keep wanting her to come back every month even though she has mobility and transportation issues. They also refuse to listen to her needs or give her the proper care. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going here or sending a loved one here.

My issue is with the clinical manager that makes decisions regarding your prescriptions without informing you saying she thought it was in your best interest Then the patient advocate doesn’t pay attention to what you are saying and is definitely not on the side of the patients

Awful. Just awful. Never had a more traumatic experience having dr.s tell me they don't believe me and would not help me.

They are the worst Drs I've ever seen
My daughter just had a huge surgery and is not getting the help she is needing.it's awful how she feels about them and the rooms are not clean at all very low

Incompetent people who don't care about you. Literally never heard anything good about this place. Whoever answers the phones clearly didn't graduate high school, and the doctors are mad they got stuck in Klamath, so they hate you before they see you lol. It's worth the drive to see a real doctor.

I go in with an issue, and I did as much research as I could to figure out what was going on, I tried to tell the doctors (yes I had two come and take a look, neither knowing what the problem was) that I had done some research and here’s what I think it is and they both let their egos get in the way and just told me to “soak it”. Well, like I assumed that didn’t work. Egotistical doctors.

Do not recommend kiva stevens. I seen her several times and each time she dismissed my concerns. The last appointment upset and frustrated me to the point of crying and a small panic attack. The office called me the following day and said I was not allowed back for so called inappropriate behavior. Mind you NOT A SINGLE PERSON called me to find out what happened or asked me my side. I do not know what she said to whomever about me. Which seems very unprofessional

Great place and great service, only thing is people drive fast and speed through the parking lot and makes it unsafe!

Just awful! Been trying to get to the bottom of an ongoing issue for over a year. After 20 minutes they tell you to make another appointment so you never have time to go over everything. Had three doctors leave in that time and finally had to go a bigger city to get adequate care.

Medical malpractice kills 5.5X the amount of people that guns do. Yet the exam rooms have signs that mention guns, but nothing about Medical malpractice deaths. Take the signs down. It makes the whole Medical community look ignorant.
