I'm a first time fish owner (took over a roommate's beta) and I really appreciated how nice they were. I didn't know what I needed when I walked in but they made sure I left with everything essential to fix my alge problem. 10/10 would go back.

Great hard scape materials (wood, rocks that are aquarium safe), good selection of aquarium equipment, warm and helpful staff, beautiful fish. I am so glad that I found this place.

So much to see packed in such a tiny space. I love the women that work here. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I don't know why I ever venture anywhere else.

I've been going to Caye's for over 40 years. They are always helpful and have lots of fish to choose from.

Such a great place for aquarium stuff. The staff is super knowledgeable and very personable. They helped understand what we had going on in our tank. They walked us through how to fix it and explained everything very clearly so we're could understand it.

I love this place. The employees are always willing to help you out. They were able to help me pick out fish that would do well together in a tank and let me know which to avoid with the fish I already have. There aren't too many supplies but the large variety of fish surely makes up for that. I would highly recommend anybody to come here rather than a big chain pet store.

Outstanding service. The owners are very helpful in answering questions and helping select varieties of fish that compliment each other. Petco and Petsmart hire staff that aren't knowledgeable and "don't have a stake in the game". Small businesses with long term staff have that.

My favorite fish store to go to. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. While not as large or well stocked as the wet spot, they do have a great selection of both fresh and salt water fish and aquatic plants. They have also ordered fish for me they didnt have in stock. Best of all they take fish for trade (store credit)

CAYE'S always has the answer I need and if not will find it. Their selection of plants and fish are the best I have seen and they are always ready to offer advice if needed.

I do a lot of my betta shopping here. They have a really nice selection of fish for very reasonable prices! The staff is super friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them!

They sold me some tetras a beta and two angles and they all died except for the beta and then I got a couple tetras from another store and they are doing amazing don’t recommend this place at all

Great little hidden gem. Nice people. Good selection of fish. They let some Betta fish swim in larger containers with other fish, and they look healthier than in some other places I've seen.

Without a doubt, my favorite 'fish store' in the Portland area. Clean, healthy, & staff is knowledgeable & super helpful & friendly.

Freshwater and saltwater fish, with some unusual species (I haven't seen many places with Red Belly Pirahnas) a pretty good selection of supplies and foods, and the employees are awesome.

The biggest variety of fish to be found. Knowledgeable staff. I have gotten and taken live fish to them. They sometimes give credit. They've always taken the ones I can't keep.

Great owners went above and beyond to go get Red belly piranhas tried at least 8 other stores and they said they weren't in season

One of the best fish stores around that I've found. Prices are a little higher than PetSmart and PetCo but the fish are a lot healthier and the workers are much more knowledgeable. It's a small business which I appreciate. They have a very good selection of tropical fish and some fancy goldfish. If you're a fishkeeper, this is a go to. I've been going here for most of my aquarium supplies for a few years.
