Great Company to work for, as we all know management plays a big role in success we all have bumps in the industry, management has change in 2022, so far it has been a great experience to work for CBM/Marsden. We have one of the best teams in the industry, looking forward to many more years with CBM!

I was terminated for telling human resource management that I would speak to higher leaders in the company due to conflict between myself and general manager. The GM would not allow me to order supplies for my employees out of retaliation! Account holders were not happy with my work performance due to the lack of supplies available at my locations! The issue with general manager was causing me to receive complaints from account holders and my employees. I called human resource to help resolve this issue, and instead HR told me that I was being released for threatening the company by telling HR I would speak with higher leadership (within the company) if general managers behavior continues. I had been with the company a year. I have since filed a case with EEOC in regards to defamation of my character. The general manager has a control problem and is on a power trip. The GM has only been with the company 5 months and multiple area managers have been forced out of the company for undisclosed reasons. DO NOT look for a lasting position at this company. The leadership is a joke! Human resource is NOT Resourceful at all!

I give no stars but apparently I have to give at least one. I still haven't gotten my check from them and I quit over 3 weeks ago

They forgot to fire the guy who harrassed me at Fischer investments and didn't pay me yet for the whole month of December 2020 so

Really treats their workers poorly and dont pay them much at all nothing good to say about them at all

Love this business because they do great work and they treat their employees well and pay accordingly. Will be recommending this company for sure!

If they dont like you then no matter how good od how much work you do they will find a reason or way to get rid of you. They have poor communication with their employees, and lack all around even semi workable conditions
