My dad and I came here after going to the apple store to fix a battery. Demonte at Cellarius helped us out. Turns out my dad's phone didn't need a new battery but a port clean out. And while we were there I also got my screen repaired. Super friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and quick! I am coming back here for future device issues.

Got a repair done same day. Brought it in at 10: 30 and got it back at 3: 30! Amazing work, even cleaned up my console. Highly highly recommend!:)

***SCREEN PROTECTORS are CHEAP, not in a GOOD WAY***
The gentleman that fixed my phone on 8/23/2023 was polite, and resolved my issue by repairing my screen. He sold me a screen protector. It is 08/27/2023 4 days later. My phone fell between the couch cushions hit the floor that has a rug on it and the screen cracked. The receipt states no returns on repairs but I would think they would stand by their products. You have to go to the store you purchased from. That is on the receipt. Something you’re not made aware of until you get a receipt, after you pay.

Honest and professional- what you need when it comes to your phone.
We came on a Sunday asking for a screen replacement. The staff were friendly and professional, they let us know our needed screen would be back in stock the next day, but they explained their services and guarantees and gave us their card, explaining if we brought that in the next day they’d do the repair for a discounted rate. After talking to the two other repair centers in the mall we knew we’d rather wait and go with Cellairis. And we are so glad we did! The next day they repaired my partners phone even faster than estimated for a great deal and it’s fully functional. Thanks, you two!

My iphone stopped charging. Jessica was super knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot the charging problem.
