Poor customer service, had to over a week for a call when the part arrived with in a few days. If I knew I would have gone some where different.repairs are the same price as other places not cheaper.

The people here are experienced workers, have a screen saver for almost every cell phone & do an excellent job putting them on. I got a screen saver for a galaxy s 21 ultra 5G. $39.99.

I don't know if I visited the store don't think it was right unless it was the knife store in valley River but they the store was friendly with nice people

Super scam! Got my I phone fixed (It had cracked) in December for $50, was told I have a year warranty so if anything goes wrong with it to come back in and they will fix it for free. Few months in the bottom right corner started popping up and my screen stopped working. I went in to get it fixed, the guy was super unprofessional, cussing and complaining. Told me he couldn’t fix my phone because It had SCRATCHES (tiny ones that any normal used phone has, unrelated to the problem) in it, they should really tell you that when they bring up the warranty. But he goes ahead and he re-attaches it, It works for a few days. Then stops, I go back in. Willing to pay, remembering it was $50, The guy tried to charge me $175 dollars. I questioned him (as well) and he argued back then dropped it to the total being 150.absolutely not worth everything I had to go through. AND my phone screen still glitches:). Worst customer service and he said he was the owner of the kiosk lol, Don’t go here not worth it at all.

SCAM. I was told it was $100 to replace my screen and once he was finished he charged me $175.00 just for the screen. Didn’t tell me the price of screen protector or phone case. Joked and said my total was $425 then said it was $240. I could’ve gotten a new phone through insurance at this point. I questioned the price and he quickly took off $30. Total scam. Don’t go to this place. Be sure to double ask about price and have a witness.

Had my cracked phone screen repaired here. Called around, they offered the cheapest price. The repair was very quick (less than 1 hour) and Kyle was courteous and professional. Thank you, Kyle!

Quick and easy repairs just be patient with the employees. There are allot of moving pieces at this kiosk

Amazing customer service from the owner of the location himself. Answered all our question and helped us decide, was even friendly when we looked other places but in the end decided to come back. Great prices for great protection! Super friendly and will definitely be back.

Absolutely terrible customer service.the man working was listening to headphones & not interacting with his customers and total lack of manners. When I called to ask for his managers number he proceeded to call me crazy and a brat. Do not ever recommend and everyone who witnessed could easily agree.

Kyle was very helpful for my first time here and made my trip to Oregon awesome with taking time to give me info on the city!

This is the worst service ever! The salesman sold my husband the wrong product and claimed that we were in the wrong. Save yourself some headache, don't buy from this stand.
