Dr. Mega and his staff are excellent! Dr. Mega is so bright and caring. He is easy to talk to and makes time for us. Questions are answered in a comprehensive manner. We would recommend him to everyone.

I had an initial screening over the phone. It was a very agreeable experience. Asked a bunch of questions and received clear, detailed answers.

After two meetings I was told there would not be a third scheduled because I "did not fit criteria for any of the studies. " I repeated this phrase to the woman on the phone because I could hardly believe I heard it correctly. I did. After complaining I received a sort of apology: "I'm sorry you understood that you were abandoned. That is not the case. " By then I wonder what would have happened had I not complained. The office is disorganized and any sort of treatment plan was not communicated until, again, after I complained. It was even suggested that I might not have the capacity to understand what had happened. My experience was extremely emotionally stressful and caused harm. They do not take any insurance.
