Such a great experience! Their appointment set up is truly as simple as it sounds. You make an appointment, they text you the day before with the link, 10 min before your appointment you click the link and you’re connected to your provider. You don’t have to download a special app or do ANYTHING besides clicking on the link.

I appreciate how soon I was able to be seen, the seamless virtual appointments, the clear and supportive communication, and that my refills are sent to the pharmacy on time. Kyle at the Center of Excellence has counseled my sister to be the best she has been in over 20 years. Jeannie has given her the perfect psychiatric cocktail prescription, this is amazing since she was diagnosed as having one of the worst psychiatric problems at the Providence Elder psych unit… You would not know that she suffers from multiple psychiatric problems. They ended up blowing me off and then closing my account. Went to log in and it said "no user account found" If they wanted to discontinue care they could have been up front about it.
