The tech was friendly and informative. He not only serviced my furnace, he also took the time to educate me on what to do to get better results for airflow in my house. In addition, he showed me what to look for in case the unit starts acting up, and how to read the flashing light if it does start flashing. I learned a lot of new and good info tonight and I appreciate that.

We replaced an aging heat pump system with COHC in September, 2023. The entire process was great. I spent a great deal of time evaluating equipment efficiencies and price points, tax rebates, two other competitors and two other brands. Chris, on the sales side, was uber responsive and helpful in my "education. " He felt like a consultant on my side, not a sales guy. He managed the entire process, and brought in Fred and Austin for the installation exactly as planned. The one-day install went great, with neat and tidy work. In fact, the electrical inspector went out of his way to compliment their (and their electrician's) work. Chris then followed up with an on-site visit to review and confirm our satisfaction. In fact, COHC provided an in-writing satisfaction guarantee.

In the end, we have great equipment at a very competitive price, a great install, all obtained through a painless process. I don't have a prior history with COHC, but if they hire guys like Chris, Fred and Austin, that is good enough for me. If you're looking for a new HVAC system, Chris should be on your list to call.

Technican arrived as scheduled and performed diagnostics on 23 year old furnace. He explained the problem with the furnace and replaced the faulty part after securing my approval and informing me of the price. He also explained other potential problems that likely will occur in the future so I can be prepared for them.

Showed up about an hour outside their appt.time. Cody performed efficient service on bad capacitor in air handler fan motor. He told and showed us what was wrong. Same on capacitor that loads the compressor in outside Trane heat pump. Cody was easy to talk to, knew job, and we’d recommend him and COHC. Bob
