I chose this place for reviews and scheduled an appointment online for my wife. When we came on Friday noon, we received "a cold shower" service when three (yes 3 people) employees at the front desk didn't pay any attention to us for 15 minutes (the lobby was empty, just me and my wife) until I mentioned we had a scheduled appointment. Then, one of the employee told us that the appointment was cancelled (on a very short notice of less than 24 hours) and they left me a message. They offered to come later at 2: 00 pm but I also found out that the office didn't have "x-ray laboratory" and the employee gave me an indication that might not be necessary (my wife had terrible neck pain and we were very eager to do x-rays as well). I called from the car to another office and like any normal office they had x-ray services for almost the same price (with $10 difference). Again, the service is awful, the attitude is awful and we never got to the doctor because they didn't appear and no alternative was offered except for scheduling for a later appointment. A very short notice by voicemail and not by text (I didn't notice the phone call as it was our first visit and I didn't save them) shows that this is not a serious business. I only described what happened with no exaggeration. When I came home to check the voicemail, there was a very short and quick message left with unrecognized speech. It was not clear from the message that the appointment was cancelled. No email (provided at the time of scheduling) and no text messages were received.
Therefore I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and definitely not to my friends or anyone who reads this review. Waste of our time and disrespectful attitude - that's all we've seen from them. Also, it is a medical office and we relied on them but they failed us as patients. And this is extremely sad.
