This is a great local tile supplier! They have a great in stock selection of ceramic, porcelain and stone tile plus many good displays of options that can be ordered. The staff has always been super helpful and responsive. I like dealing with places that actually seem to care about my business.

BEWARE THIS STORE! Needing extra material to finish a substantial home improvement project, I purchased three (3) additional boxes of tile. I was told explicitly that this product was kept in stock and ordering "a little long" would be no problem since any extra material could be returned for a refund. However when I brought one & a half boxes back to the store, I was now told it couldn'd be returned because it was a "different dye-lot" than that kept in stock. Dye-lot was NEVER mentioned during purchase process only now used as an excuse to refuse a refund previously promised.

Good tile selection but very jacked up prices. Do not buy anything other than the actual tile you can get it for less than half in lowes.

As a designer who works all over the world, I have found the selection, customer service, and the hard work the team at Ceramic Tile Supply offers is above and beyond. They do their best to help me resource unique tiles that my clients have found sometimes in other parts of the world! A lot of consumers don't understand when you compare products, you need to compare apples to apples and make your decision based on what's right for your application. The staff at Ceramic Tile make it a practice to stay on top of current trends in design and the latest setting materials to make the job unique and easy to exacute. Yes, they do get very busy, and it can sometimes be difficult to navagate through all the selections; however I have found that they do their best to acknowledge everyone who enters the store. Overall it's a great place to shop!

Mike was great at helping me pick out everything I needed! They have a huge selection of in stock tiles, and the accent tiles I had ordered arrived in just a few days. You can get literally everything you need and even rent a tile cutter (for WAY less than I have from Home Depot). I bought way extra of everything and still came in under budget. Will definitely be going here for my next tile project!

I usually don’t write reviews, especially bad ones. But this time I really feel that I need to let people know the some of the potential problems at this tile shop. It’s a good gallery place, but may not be the place you make your payment.
Tiles have all different shades and patterns, even for the same model. And they have their popularity. This shop sells lots of discontinued tiles, at a high price. So make sure you compare your prices!
If you are not sure about your tiles. Or you know you are a person who may change minds after couple days, don’t buy from them! Because they don’t take return, at all! Yes! Most shops do, but this one doesn’t, and they don’t tell you until you make the payment. And there’s nothing you can do once the payment is done.
Thirdly, if you have other accessories or services you can get from somewhere else, do it somewhere else! I got a few tiles shipped from Portland (to Eugene), just about 40 Sqft, in small boxes, in the lighter weight side. I was charged $80 on shipping. I went to stone work, got some tiles from California, $10 shipping. That’s the difference!
There are more details to it. I’m quite surprised that they have such a high rating on google. Because I heard lots of complains about this store after my purchase. All our stories are similar. That encouraged me to put a different perspective here. Just things to consider before you make a purchase!
