I had to file a claim on my Personal Articles Policy and Chad's office handled it quickly, professionally, and with insight into questions I had about how this policy works when a claim is filed. They are delightful to work with and provide top-tier service. The claims department was stellar and instructed me how to set up direct deposit, and my payment was in my bank account within two days.
