Chamberlain Park, Eagle Point OR

First it's very safe. Set between 2 family oriented streets so it's accessible from both sides. Horseshoe pit is a nice addition. I didn't see any horses. Open sp a space easy to keep an eye on your children. Not alot of seating and what seating there is your very close to others. Great big green grass field. Bathrooms open and clean The quiet open area perfect for a walk or grass to just lay on. It's perfect.

Lovely little park. Horseshoe pits, covered picnic area, kids play area, trees and bathrooms. It was clean and tidy and in a nice area. Sadly there is no paved walking path around this super place. We went with our dog and were disappointed that we had to walk across soggy grass to enjoy all the park had to offer. A nice paved path such as they have at Lucas Park would make a massive difference to this lovely spot. Sadly not a great place for a dog walk - this is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
It would however make a fabulous picnic spot for a group of folks on a dry day.
