My friend and I were at this store on Friday Aug. 12th around the early evening. An unfortunate event was occurring where a customer needed medical assistance. I can’t express enough how well the man dealing with the situation handled himself. All of the workers were doing such a great job, but whoever was the one on the phone with emergency services absolutely deserves some recognition. He was so calm, kind, and respectful to the customer needing help. He took initiative of the situation and really was the only one doing anything helpful. We didn’t end up buying anything, but we saw lots of stuff we loved and great prices!

Went to pick up my order and they made things super complicated and wouldn't give me my order until I gave them my ID which I didn't have on me. I had the email and all other information on my phone. Order number. Nothing ever said to bring my ID. Refused to give me an order that I paid for. Wasted my time.

The service was great here. The staff was very accommodating, kept bringing out sizes for me to evaluate (for my granddaughter). They were busy but I did not feel rushed. And my granddaughter is thrilled now!

Got in got out, helped quickly and the individual who helped my friend and I was very polite.

I have been shopping and Champs for years and years. The manager Glen always helps me find what I need. The staff is a major reason why I go there. If Glen is off which for some reason is very rare everyone helps me find what I am looking for and the size I need. They also help me order it if they don't have it in stock. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great staff and amazing selection! Glenn was the nicest guy ever and he made our shopping experience awesome! He was super friendly and attentive, I'd come back just to buy from him!

I went to a ton of stores looking for a specific pair of Adidas Ultra Boosts in my size. I live in Tigard so I started at Washington Square and was having no luck anywhere. Went online to champs website and their website said clackamas had them in stock in my size. I get there and they actually had them! Nina is who greeted me and helped me out. She was so super sweet. I recommend this location because they have a huge selection of different styles of shoes.and sizes! Thank you Nina!

I came in 09/24/20. As a black man, I noticed I was being heavily watched from all angles. Long story short, I'm at the register paying for two pairs of shoes. I said something about me being on their off radar. He replied, we watch everybody. Here's the thing, if I can feel and most importantly, see you watching me, you're doing it wrong.

I returned both pairs of shoes 09/25/20.

Clean store and great staff. Calvin helped me with trying on two shoes I ended up buying. He was very friendly and attentive. I can tell he knows his sneakers from the bit of chatting we did. Will definitely be coming back to this store for sneakers. Much better selection and stock than their competitors. Great visit from start to end!
