I had such a great time finding my dream dress! Everyone working the day I was in was very lovely and supportive, but my stylist Hannah really made my experience special. It felt comfortable, easy, and fun, and I was extremely nervous. She clearly knew what she was talking about and understood my likes and dislikes. She pulled the dress that turned out to be the one and I can’t wait to see it when it arrives! Getting a handwritten note in the mail from Hannah really wrapped a nice bow on the whole experience.

I was assaulted by a crazy hobo and the owner had me legally trespassed from their store for being near it while that happened. She was incredibly rude.

Shelley is absolutely amazing! She is great at listening to what you have to say and pays attention to detail to help you find your perfect dress. I could not be more thankful to have her help me. Charlotte’s has a wonderful collection of dresses to pick from. Each one gorgeous in its own way.

My stylist Miranda was wonderful. She was genuine, uplifting, funny all while expertly guiding me through styles. She helped with a video call with my family, and listened to my feedback until we found the absolute perfect dress! I loved the variety of gowns they had, and felt so supported and beautiful as I discovered my vision as a bride? They care about their brides, take time to get to know them and make such a big life moment so special! If I could give 10 stars I would ️
