Charro's Street Tacos reviews
11If I could I’d give them 6️ for service. The girl taking my order was as nice as you can be to a customer!
Effin’ delicious. Mini taco plate is my favourite. The paprika pork is excellent. And I’m now a fan of mulitas! Can’t wait to go back and try the burritos, cactus tacos, and breakfast options.
I had a torta which was good but different, its not your normal mexican tortas you'd expect. Its not a bad thing if you don't mind it when there a twist to traditional Mexican food then you will like the food and flavors there. Its just not what the typical flavors are when your expectations are authentic Mexican food. Its definitely worth trying.
I can't believe I sat on this local gem for years before trying it! Charro's Street Tacos are the best street tacos I've had in PDX.
Flavorful meats and generous toppings make each bite a delight. Do NOT shy away from the habanero tacos - they are delicious and a sweet hot, not hot hot.
Not one piece of gristle in my chicken burrito!
Seasoned, fall off the bone carnitas and birria.
The friendliest and most personable service you could ask for.
So if you've driven by this taco truck a million times and wondered if it was any good, I'm here to tell you it's GREAT.
Go get tacos.
Some of the best tortillas I have had in a long time, and I travel often. Service and food is exceptional.
Really good tacos. I’ve tried the street tacos as well as the mango habanero tacos (by far the best). Excellent service. Family business.
Yesterday my wife went to get our food. While waiting in the 85* weather, the guy said go in your car and we will bring it out. This from a guy working over a 400* grill.
The hot sauces are really good. Mango habanero and green.
I’d post a photo but the tacos didn’t last long enough.
I have driven by this place for years and never tried it because the neighborhood is sketchy and their is a homeless camp next door pretty much blocking the street.
I’m glad I tried it. It’s worth it.
I’m not sure why it takes 20 mins to make 4 street tacos. The service is horrible. Just be prepared to wait.tacos sucked too. No flavor.
I got some al pastor (paprika grilled pork on their menu) street tacos today and they were really excellent! I loved them. These folks even make their own taco sauce and it's delicious. I will absolutely look forward to going back again soon.
The food is awesome, but half the times I've tried to go here, they have been closed despite their business hours saying they should be open.
I eat here at least once a week. Food is awesome, staff is very cool! You have to go to this place! Best Mexican food in N. Portland!
Super nice people. Amazing customer service. Which is very hard to fine in St. John’s North Portland. Row city tacos and coyote doesn’t compare. Absolutely amazing highly recommend it
