7This Bank decided to go ahead and close my checking account but not my savings because I was a victim of fraud now they allow me to have my savings account but they close my checking this Bank sure doesn't know how to treat their new customers
No one answers the phone. Called a couple dozen times over past few days. They said I would get a refund for closing my safe deposit box. Than they said it's not policy to refund amount already paid. So cheap they couldn't refund me $27 for the time left I had on the box.
Unless you want a nightmare use a credit union. These clowns will change your account type without approval and deny it so they can charge you more.
Never answers the phone. Hard to get a hold of when important questions need to be answered.
I called 7 times over two days but no one was picking up the phone. I arrived at the branch in person with all possible relevant documentation, because no one had answered the phone to advise what was needed for my request, and was advised to wait fifteen minutes to speak with a banker then a teller came within a couple feet of me to tell me the wait would be longer and to recommend scheduling an appointment in advance for another date. Because the option offered to schedule an appointment did not require my presence in the branch I left the uncomfortable proximity of the teller and had to phone an additional 3 times before I received an answer to schedule an appointment for a set day and time. Very very poor distancing and contact reduction, phone business during a pandemic is more hygienic and efficient for resolving most questions.
I typically use another Chase Bank location but I was in the area so decided to use this one. I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. Customer service was top notch. Thanks!
I had an issue with my account today and I had to contact the bank since I was sick to go in. Rose answered my call and was extremely helpful and was beyond the sweetest.
