4I just got hung up on twice while waiting on hold for 58 minutes to dispute bogus charges on my credit card. I'm about done with Chase for my personal and business accounts.
The personnel at the local branches are great but the bank itself is difficult. Local community banks and credit unions are usually easier to work with.
Very helpful staff. Both Joan and Greg helped me open a new account and made it easy and showed me all sorts of neat features my account has.
Came in to get some financial advice/apply for a credit card and Joan was super patient, very friendly, and helpful. Joan typically works at the other Chase ontop of the hill in Westlinn by Safeway but due to Covid, she's at this location right now and I'm very thankful for what she was able to help me with today. (I hope I spelled her name right) People like her, make my decision of staying with Chase as my bank so much easier:)
