Super slow when opened specially in drive through! Which is not what you would expect. Also says there is an ATM access when googled only to find out you can’t use the ATM or even get in…what’s going on with this bank? ! It’s super inconvenient having it so close by but it can’t help me when I need it.
Not surprised to see so many bad reviews on here. My first time here and the teller and manager are so incredibly unprofessional I had to actually call in to the GM and complain. Do better Beaverton location! What a disaster!
Witnessed Michelle attempt to serve someone that didn't speak English. He was showing her his phone and she says abruptly I don't understand what you're saying. Then finds Matt and says he doesn't speak English. Maybe say "Could you help me translate so I can assist him"? Just thought her approach to the language barrier could have been handled differently. I was offended as an observer who understood her tone and scowling face. I can only imagine what this gentleman felt. Please do better.
ATM inside cannot be access outside of business hours since the card access option didn't work for NFC or for mag strip.
Really horrible customer experience. Can't believe the lack of knowledge of employees here. Visit the Raleigh Hills branch for better customer service.
Im always having issues with their atm, it’s either not working or the door won’t accept my chip. My card works just fine
