I called Chase Jones, because the title company kept telling me that if I cared about property boundaries on a home I was purchasing, I needed to order my own survey. I spoke with Darren at Chase Jones, and he was extraordinarily helpful. He was able to tell me that there was a survey already on file at the county office (that the title company hadn't bothered to chase down), and he even patiently helped me navigate a pretty complicated step-wise search of the county website. The reason I'm leaving a five star review is because even after he learned that I did not need their services, he went out of his way to help me track down the survey and also spent time explaining to me the basics of what I was seeing. If I ever need a survey done, I know who I'm calling. The true test of a company is how they treat someone after they learn that you won't be needing their services. A+

After we purchased our home in 2015, the neighbor was about to sell her property and she claimed the property line wasn’t correct. She was right, but not how she assumed. We engaged Chase Jones, who happened to be the original surveyor for this area, which at the time was
Known as the Myrtle District. They provided the necessary documentation allowing us to have the common fence placed appropriately.
