Very nice little trailer home neighborhood. Had never actually been here, but they seem to have more amenities than I knew they had.

I have a family who are dear friends who abide here. This area has always been very peaceful and calm on every visit.

It has a nice little soccer field and play structure for the kids in the middle of the trailer park. It has a pool as well thats opened seasonally

I'm a tenant and I have no complaints but mother nature and her ice storm is a different story!

A nice and quite corner like trailer park. Tucked away on the outskirts of Woodburn with the juvinelle hall in your back yard. Cozy and welcoming as far as trailer parks go, I do say that this is of higher quality.
