8 I had an issue once with the payment system on their website and left a bad review. I was contacted by the owner and they fixed it. I rented for over a year and ended up with water and rodent damage. I started to file a claim but figured it was easier to throw most of my stuff away. I had asked for a refund for half the year and was told that wasn't going to happen. I then asked if they could help me transport some of my stuff to the dump to which they also said no.

Rude counter help- my storage was robbed and the cameras were not working.sent me a piece of mail because storage was past due I had to a certain date to pay it we need to pay it a day before and they had auctioned off my storage the day before they have the worst hours the worst prices and the worst staff this place sucks
