6Always receive great & friendly customer service here, and really doesn't seem to matter the time of day, how busy they are, or anything else, they're always just really nice.
Came in tonight around 1: 35 am. Signs all over saying masks are required to enter the store. Employees were wearing them, but at least 8 people came in without them with no requests from staff to put them on. Everyone just hanging out in line not caring and no staff enforcement of the rules.
The day staff seems to get it, but night staff not so much. I'm a regular there, but won't be anymore after seeing the lack of basic following the rules. Trust level just went to zero.
Stopped by like usual to get gas sat there for about five minutes wondering where the attendant was so I decided to leave as I was leaving I noticed the person inside the window sitting there on their phone when they noticed me they put their phone down quickly and stood up. That’s one good way to lose business.
Don't use your credit or debit card here for fuel. Go inside and get cash. They charge 10 cents per gallon more if you aren't paying with cash.
I will be making a BBB report. Unless the own gets a hold of me.
Ive been going here for over 20 years. Tonight (4/22/19 @ 9pm) the 2 employees wanted to laugh, talk to each other and play around for 10min. Insted of coming out to do their job they are paid for. I got out and started filling up my car. Since no one else wanted to. About time it was done. One employee rudely comes out and says. DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE? I took down your license plate. You not allowed back here.um ok cause you didnt wanna do your job and I have stuff to do cause I need to be up at 4am. I'm no longer allowed to go back. Wow they really need to learn some respect and manners towards paying customers. Just cause you wanna play insted of you job has nothing to do with me. Do your job and I wouldn't of had to.
