Worst customer service. Inside at the register yo I will be greeted with rude, unprofessional behavior. Employee did not attempt to listen or understand what was even happening. All while the new assistant manager was standing there.
I’ve called several times to inquire about certain merchandise availability, and the folks are so nice and helpful and very patient with meThey always carry what I need!
I have to say I’m pretty disappointed with the cashier at this location. I ordered ubereats and was shorted three of my items. My delivery driver called me to ask what he should do, as I had already been charged for the items. I asked if I could speak with the woman who filled the order, to see if they could just replace my items. I proceeded to listen to a cashier named Phyllis scream at the delivery driver, telling him she was off the clock and she wasn’t going to help him. She berated him for a full five minutes before the other cashier Lorraine took my call and explained to me that they couldn’t do replacements. I could hear other customers checking out in the background, also being exposed to this toxic behavior. I could’ve cared less about the replacements, what I do care about is the way that people are treated, and the behavior tonight was unacceptable. Unimpressed Chevron.
The old lady inside the store is so rude she instantly profiles people she let the dude ahead of me use the bathroom while I was getting water from the back and when I ask her she says oh the bathroom is closed for the night super rude If you guys need better service go to Jackson's across the street better in everything
