Continually disappointed with Chipotle. The workers are rude and seem to be bothered to have patrons. I worked in customer service for years and it’s upsetting to see people give so little care for people trying to get a quick meal. Would not recommend.

This location should be shut down. Why is the lobby closed? Is it so that customers aren't able to see their orders being prepared? The food quality is terrible. It's concerning. Orders are always thrown together and incorrect. Very disappointing experience.

Whoever manages this place should be ashamed. The laziest staff I have ever seen, their lobby is never open and their food is subpar - which confuses me because it’s a chain restaurant and everything should be standard…. Please read the reviews and go to a different location.

At this location, I have experienced inconsistent hours, inconsistent portions and inconsistent ingredient availability. I will say that the service is friendly enough but it often feels understaffed and slow. Also noticed specifically that the portions seem to be lacking when ordering for the drive through. Unfortunately this is the closest Chipotle so I will be back, reluctantly.

Is that an ant in my lunch? Oh yes, it is. Crawled right out of my rice. Eww.

Took 15 minutes to make three lunch items. No counter service available due to staffing issues. Had to order online and use drive up window. Window staff was friendly, but I still won't return due to the clear issues with cleanliness in the kitchen.

This particular location is dirty mess. I live getting Chipotle but this one needs a good manager or a few new crew members that give $%&@ about doing a good job, even if your working minimum wage. Mist of us do it guys, and it's not that hard.

Consistently the most disappointing Chipotle location I’ve been to throughout the States. I’ve been here a dozen times: the service has ranged from ambivalent to downright classless, food hit-or-miss temperature, but worst of all— erratic hours, closes early often, and can’t seem manage to keep the dine-in area open for more than a week. Sad and damaging for the Chipotle brand.

Got my order wrong, drove back and forth 40 minutes. Called them they said they would remake it correctly. Husband drove another 20 minutes both ways and the order was even worse the second time around with things I am allergic to in it. They could kill someone with how careless they are and wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Incompetent.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
These employees will leave you waiting in line and ignore you while they fill new online orders. I watched new orders get printed and put in line ahead of multiple waiting customers. When I finally confronted the staff, they said the orders had been backed up, obviously lying. There were also multiple employees doing nothing while this happened.
And this happens every time I come here.
Fire your whole staff and retrain. This location needs new management.

They don’t want to have you see the bowl get made cause they never make it right. Should be giving zero lol. Four employees but they are “too understaffed” to take in-person orders

I've been to hundreds of Chipotle locations, this location is by far the WORST I've ever been to. I've been here dozens of times as it's the closest chipotle to my work, every single time the order is wrong. This most recent one today, I asked for half steak and half carnitas. I actually received only a half portion of carnitas, and nothing else. I asked for extra corn salsa, not even a single piece of corn on the burrito. Not to mention their employees haven't the slightest idea on how to wrap a burrito. IT came to me halfway unfolded, with food falling out of the tinfoil, soggy and limp. I had to open it up and put it in a bowl because it wouldn't hold its shape. I personally used to work at chipotle, it's NOT HARD. Wrapping a tight, solid burrito takes all of ten seconds. The lack of effort from the team and management is extremely disappointing. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. The only positive is the free entrée offer after complaining about the order on the app. So this is now the apology burrito for the apology burrito for the apology burrito for the apology burrito for the apology burrito. I wish the app would let you pick which location you'd like the food delivered from, because I would NEVER choose this one. They either need to clean house and hire a whole new staff, or retrain every employee. I never knew it was so difficult for someone to read a list of ingredients, put them on a tortilla and wrap it.

Honestly the worst chipotle I have ordered food from. Ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito for myself and my boyfriend… the bowl was barely even half a portion (see photo) and the burrito practically fell apart after one bite. It had guacamole smeared all over the outside of the tortilla, and salsa was spilling out of the bottom where the burrito had been improperly wrapped. And no… the burrito wasn’t even overstuffed as sometimes happens. The lettuce looked days old and wilted. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Is it just me or are orders from this location routinely incorrect? I have tried on three occasions (admittedly two were during the pandemic so I understand these things happen) to order through the app and each time something critical has been missing. This last time the chicken portion of the kids meal was missing, prompting this review. I ordered through the app, I was able to review the order, and I can see the error was not mine.

Store policy must be to charge for a full bowl but only give 1/4 of portion paid for. Old greens that should’ve been thrown out two nights before serving. Pitiful experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Half the time it's closed, the other half it's staffed by people that clearly don't want to be there. Food quality has dropped precipitously.
