Chipotle Mexican Grill, Keizer OR

I didn’t have my food on time it was nearly 30 minutes late and I just had to wait. Honestly was ridiculous because usually it’s not a big deal but 30 minutes after the expected time is a bit crazy even for me.

Friendly customer service, clean restrooms, delicious food. Love that they have gluten free/vegan options!

Can't go wrong here but sometimes the li e can get long. It is like a subway type assembly line so service won't ever get 5 stars from me

Great place to eat. Food was fresh and served perfect. The hot salsa is actually hot! Cashier wasn't too friendly, but overall really great spot.

Just ordered online via Chipotle app from this location. When the food was delivered it was inedible and disgusting. The chips were so stale we couldn't even bite into them. The queso container was only half full and the $17 dollar burrito had literally nothing but a couple of tablespoons of filling inside. The guacamole was congealed. Delivery was prompt so that wasn't the issue. I had to call customer service twice to get a full refund after taking the food back to the store and being told there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service in the store, the manager was not helpful and had a rude attitude. They didn't even offer to remake it. BEWARE.

The food was ok, and the service could have been way better. I feel like I overpaid for what we got. I ordered the tacos, and I should have received 3 but only received 2. I am very disappointed.

Not much to say. It's a Chipotle. The food is really good. Staff and service was okay. Nothing special. Dining area and restrooms were clean. This was my first shot at the Al Pastor Chicken which I really enjoyed.

Ordered their Double Protein Catering Bundle for 10 people, and received 2 huge boxes containing Chips, Salsa, Lettuce, and only 11oz of meat (TOTAL divided between chicken and steak) and 3.5 oz of grilled vegetables. This was only enough to make 2 tacos or burritos. This package costs $140.

Upon contacting customer support, thinking this was clearly a mistake that they will want to resolve, they apologized for the "mix-up" (their words) and refunded $20 of the order. I made it clear this was not a satisfactory resolution, who would be happy to pay $120 for 2 meals worth of Chipotle ingredients?

We received full containers of all the filler ingredients (lettuce/salsa), and the same large containers with only a spoonful or two for each of the meats, beans, and grilled vegetables. (Basically empty containers)

I'm in the process of getting this location into the Better Business Bureau directory, and working with the credit card company to get a refund. This has been an unbelievable experience.

I'm done coming here. Employees are always rude and nasty. The place is dirty and never fresh guac.

Closed at 6pm on a Thursday. No sign on the door. Employees inside won't say anything. No update on their Facebook saying why they're closed either.

6pm on a Thursday with 4 or 5 people inside and the door was locked with no explanation and they just stood there looking at us when we tried to walk in. Safe to say we will never come back.

Every time I go to this location they always out of things and it's very inconvenient.

Amazing customer service! Even though it was steady for a bit it was well kept together and Ahana was wonderful during our purchase keeping small talk and making sure we got all our food!
