I have always had trouble finding a person to give me a haircut, until now when my daughter recommended Genesis to me. I am delighted with your work. I got exactly what I was looking for and a little more, since Génesis is very professional, kind and charming! She has definitely become my favorite stylist.

Genesis is absolutely amazing! I got my hair done for my maternity shoot and she made me feel fresh and beautiful! Highly recommend going to her, she is very experienced and does an excellent job!

I moved from California to Grants Pass and for years only my sister had cut my hair, my hair is curly and not everyone knows how to cut this type of hair, my cousin recommended Genesis to me and she did an excellent job, she is also very helpful and attentive. Never written a review but felt the need to leave one for genesis, been her longest client and couldn’t recommend her more. 10/10 the haircut always has me looking dapper and feeling amazing, she gives a wicked scalp massage as a bonus!

Genesis is the only person I will let touch my hair AND my 3 year old son’s hair. Whether it’s a cut or color, she always does an amazing job. She is always so sweet and comforting for my son and so patient with him. Those scalp massages are literal magic!

Every time I see Genesis for a haircut I leave so happy! She listens to what you want and does exactly that. I always leave feeling confident and excited about my new hair. Not only is she great at what she does, but she always makes you feel comfortable & welcome while engaging you in warm, engaging, and hilarious conversation. Thank you Genesis!

I just moved to Ashland from San Diego, CA and was used to being able to walk in to nail salons without an appointment. Lol. I quickly realized it's important to book ahead with salons in Ashland. When I called Chloe Salon & Boutique this morning, I was so thankful that Lee was able to fit me in the same day for a mani/pedi with one of her nail techs. (I leave for a business trip in a couple days and really needed a short notice appointment). Well, Thang did an exceptional job of both my mani and pedi. He was so meticulous with my cuticles, very gentle, and very thorough.

Then I asked if someone could squeeze me in for an eyebrow wax just as Thang was finishing my mani. The salon owner Lee was about to leave with her young son, yet was so gracious and thoughtful to quickly change plans for a minute to do my brows. I was very grateful and so impressed. The salon has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. I'll be back!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. Went in Saturday for a full set and left very unhappy. I showed the lady a photo of what I wanted and got the opposite of that. Not only was I incredibly unhappy with how rushed the nail tech was (in and out in 40 min) but she also went to go “look” at her car, placed an order for a burrito, and booked another client on the phone all within the first 5 minutes of helping me. My nails were so bad that I ended up leaving and filing them all off. They are already coming up on the sides and chipping off. If you’re going to spend $60 I recommend going elsewhere. This is the kind of place that you get personalized high quality experience. Genesis came in on short notice to wash and style my mother's hair and it looks beautiful for the show tonight. She was sweet, positive and my mom said was super gentle with her hair and really nice. Thank you Genesis for a wonderful afternoon!

The owner Lee is rude. Two hours later my my nails looked like the first picture. At the end she said oh yes sorry the shape is not good maybe come back and you can go to Samone. Then the card machine to take my payment wasn't working, and she wants to charge me $60! So she calls her sister (the owner) and she asks me If have Venmo, I explain to her how dissatisfied I am and she asks if I can come back tomorrow so she can reshape them. (It was sunday) I replied no I work Mon-Fri 9-5pm I can possibly come next weekend but I don't want to schedule and waste your time Because I'm coming from Klamath Falls (1hr30min away) she says ok just call me. So Saturday comes and I explain to her who I am and she says I'm sorry WHO? I TALK TO ALOT OF PEOPLE. (So snobby) I respectfully replied it's the lady you said you would fix her nails for from Klamath Falls.she started off by saying ok well my sister said your acrylics underneath were bad and I will have to do them completely over so it will cost you. My sister spent two hours trying to do your nails! (At that point I could not believe what I was hearing.) I said yes exactly I spent two hours of my time and $55 on nails I'm not happy with. Lee was very argumentative and did not allow me to speak. …Fast forward I got there and she was not even there. Simone takes an hour to fix them (which goes to show how bad they were) when I'm done the owner Lee messages Simone "THAT GIRL CHANGE COLOR CHARGE $25! She was so determined to charge me more money knowing how far I traveled and even offered to send a pic of my nails which she did not care to see. I gave Simone a $15 tip because my nails were much better than before, she was very nice and I felt awful she was put in the middle of it. I understand people have bad days but I never even received an apology or my money even partially returned. Just a heads up, Spend your hard earned money elsewhere -Carla
