Cibelli's Pizza Eastside reviews
17Excellent pizza and price. My son loves this place and customer service is on point. Super friendly and with it!
Just barely finished our pizza from Cibelli's lol the pizza was huge and tasted amazing! We ordered a meat lovers with onions and extra sauce. 10/10, would eat there again! The dudes inside were also awesome. Funny, helpful and courteous. If we ever come back through Bend, were definitely stopping here again. Thanks dudes!
Pizza bottom was like soggy pita, unrisen & uncooked texture, no structural integrity. Had to roll it up like a burrito to eat. No identifiable sauce, and the toppings are okay, but nothing special, and in large pieces. It's a mess to eat, might as well put it in a spaghetti bowl. Tasted okay. Doesn't improve with microwaving.
The Pizza was lite. The crust was lite. The sauce was fresh and lite. The toppings were fresh. The Pizza was like a primavera. A delightful break from the the heavy intensely flavored pizza l'm accustomed to.
Great white pie, just very delicious! I had it with just veggies on top. They burned my slice and one of the guys made me a whole new small pizza!
Nothing better than food poisoning while on vacation. We wanted to try a local pizza joint. This place has 4.6 stars! We were not expecting pizza so greasy that we used up 7 napkins soaking it up. And it still dropped off the pizza while eating it! Anyway I guess I’m just a little frustrated. Thanks for the long night.
Friendly staff, ordered took a little bit longer than they had stated on the phone. Pizza was awesome. We will be returning.
This was our first time trying Cibelli's and we were very happy with the food! We got a 1/2 combo and 1/2 meat lovers in the giant size and it was great.
Love Cibelli's! The custom California is to dye for. On the higher end price wise but well worth it!
Our 24” Veggie Pizza was soggy. Ordered @ 11: 30a to pick up at 3: 45p New Years Eve, which I did on time. I suspect they cooked it early, didn’t finish the cook time, and put it in a warming oven. Not a good food experience. Today, January 5th, I received a call from the owner with his desire to correct the issue. I was refunded the full price of the pizza and learned from him that veggie pizzas are a bit harder to cook properly. Next time I'll do a smaller size, order it when I arrive, and taste test before leaving the store. Three stars for response, one star for quality of pizza.
First time I can remember a business admitting to make a mistake but REFUSING to make it right.
Honestly, if they would have cooked the pie a little longer I would have given a 4 star review. The pie was doughy and almost seemed raw in the middle it. When I got home I popped it back in the oven at 450°F for 5 mins, and it was cooked perfect. After I cooked it a little more I thought the pizza tasted great, with right amount of cheese/sauce ratio, and good tasting crust.
C'mon look at that PIZZA! Great portions and the size. OMG! Staff super friendly. POLITE no stress. By the way. " Crust baked to perfection. "
Excellent service, thoughtful ideas for my small prder, jyst like for those whose costs were better.
Great pizza but staff not wearing masks properly (hanging on neck or below nose) during covid (state mandated) here or at Bogeys owned by the same guy.
Just moved to beautiful Oregon. 1st pizza ordered here was fantastic. We decided to try another pizza place because other pizza places will be as good, right? WRONG! We tried another place that also ends with "elli". When we walked into the other place the employees were wearing their masks as chin guards. We took the pizza home and heated it up and it was still disgusting. We threw the pizza in the trash and called Cibelli's that same night. I showed up early and parked a ways away from the front door. No customers were in Cibelli's Eastside when I walked in. They were ALL wearing masks correctly. They were thoroughly cleaning and obviously care about their customers. I explained to them what happened with the other pizza place. His response was that they are all trying to do what they can to help the community. WOW! Of course, the pizza was once again fantastic. You have earned new, loyal and appreciative customers. We are moving to Powell Butte and will be ordering from Redmond. Keep up the good work and than you for caring and doing your part to help your community.
We LOVE Cibelli’s! I’ve been coming here (eating at Cibelli’s) for over 10 years and still love it just as much now as the day I started coming. The pizza is still huge and delicious. Their prices have definitely climbed over the years, but not enough to discourage me from coming back! Best pizza in town!
