Claire's, Tigard OR

I hadn't been to a Claire's in YEARS! This was a blast from the past! What a fun time! They have a great buy 3, get 3 deal on hair items and who doesn't need more cute things to decorate their hair with? ! I bought some mermaid hair to decorate my child's hair with. It is so fun! The clips are tight and small and didn't hurt her head. Plus the clips have cute little colored seashells on them. Check out the photos!

My daughter and I love this store, but the workers here can never figure out the points system. We’ve spent so much money here, and they say I don’t have any rewards. Then when I ask them to check again I ended up having hundreds of points. Feels like they either don’t care or don’t know how to work the rewards. It’s also a hassle spelling my email out every time. We really love this store though so I hope they train their workers better to give rewards out to frequent customers.

Would have been a perfectly fine experience if I wasn’t stared at the entire time and accused of stealing while simply looking around.very VERY annoying.

Tried to enter at 6pm on a weekday but the doors were locked. It says open until 8 but there was no one inside. There was no note or anything on the door to say if they were on a break and would be back soon. Everything else in the mall was open. Don't know what their actual hours are? ‍️

Several times iv been surprised by helpful employees, and there’s usually always sales going on. BUT do not get your ears pierced here. Unless you want to spend a fortune on high quality, precious metal, sensitive, special made starter earrings, go to a tattoo parlor where people are actually experts.

We went there to get my 5mo baby girl her ears pierced, the lady who were with us was very fast doing it and helped me which exact spot we'd do it.

I took my 2 1/2 month old to get her ears pierced here. The girl who pierced her ears was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and very quick. The holes were in the perfect spot despite my squirming baby. Excellent staff. Very nice! I highly recommend Claire’s.

I got my ears pierced here and it cost 86.99. The employee explained everything to me pretty well and when you get a piercing it comes with the 3 week cleaner and you do get a 20%. Make sure you bring a hair tie otherwise they will use a scrunched and have you pay for it. So far so good on the piercing.

Last time i went to this Claire's the cashier kept asking for my personal information such as email, phone number and adress even though i kept repeatedly telling her i URGENTLY needed to leave. Never coming back and neither are my friends.

Got asked if I needed help then told to wait a few minutes for another person to help me and after 25 minutes I left

Assistant manager kassidy is very disrespectful and treated us horribly.always glared and had bad attitude.

We went to the store to return several items, that I bought for a family member for her birthday. When we were in line outside of the store (covid), waiting to get into the store to return the items. The store manager approached my husband and I and told us that we could not return our items, and how mailing them back would be so easy. This was without hearing us out on what we were returning. It was really odd. When I become upset, asking her why I could not return the items. She said if you are upset about this, then I can return your items. When we looked at the recipe, it said that we could return the item in the store. Also if we sent the package back through mail, then we would have to pay for the mailing not to mention the carbon footprint. It was a weird encounter. It was like having a kid manager try and tell you the rules, when she has no idea what the rules and policy are. I tired to contact cooperate to make a complete, and they have a phone that will ring with asking you to leave a message. I have e-mailed them and no reply.

My daughter loves this Claire’s! The manager Jessica and assistant manager Kassidy have excellent customer service especially with kids! My daughter got her ears pierced here and they did an amazing job! She was very thorough and patient so she would feel comfortable. I highly recommend this Claire’s to anyone!)
