I had an an issue with an outlet in the garage that kept tripping. It supports the tankless water heater so it was important to get the matter resolved quickly. I called Classic Electric and Thomas was awesome! He was able to ask me questions in a way that I could understand, came to my house to troubleshoot the problem, and quickly restored power to the outlet. He was courteous, offered clear and honest advice as he explained things to me along the way, and showed great patience with me as I asked questions. I will absolutely choose Classic Electric for my future electrical issues and upgrades!

I would highly recommend Thomas. He did an outstanding job adding a new outlet and circuit for my EV. His work in the end was so nice and clean it looks great in the garage. Thomas also looked at some other work another sloppy electrician did on our hot tub said it was out of code and quickly fixed it for us. We are planning to use him for more upcoming projects.

Classic brought a new electrical circuit out to my workshop and installed a new panel. Thomas provided me with helpful guidance on the required trenching and related activities. Communication was very good throughout the project and the installation looks and works great.

Thomas came out to check on some questionable wiring in my home and advised that I leave it as is despite the opportunity he had to recommend some expensive work. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers you all the options - not just what he wants to do. Highly recommend!

Thomas was able to diagnose and repair my electrical issue in a timely manner. When he arrived at the job he noticed a lot of really odd wiring had been done and was able to still diagnose the issue and repair the issue quickly and efficiently. He then quickly diagnosed the weird electrical wiring for some dimmer switches with 3 way plugs attached and was able to get everything worted out and corrected.

Highly recommend Thomas to do any electrical job needed. Already working a next bid with him for other work!

After last year's snow storm, we decided to purchase a generator. I had been told we would need a whole new electrical panel. We were relieved after talking to Thomas that he was able to install a new switch into our existing panel & add an outlet outside to plug in our generator. He probably saved us thousands of dollars. He was on time, very clean, meticulous & thoughtful. I was home alone with him working on my house & never felt uncomfortable. I appreciate that now I have an electrician I can refer to friends with confidence.

I am very inquisitive and love to learn how to fix things myself especially for our home, he was able to give me more confidence to tackle those smaller jobs on my own. Thomas with Classic Electric is a true professional. His work is top notch, and his communication was excellent. He installed a EV charger in my garage as well as add some outlets, the work is very clean. He also installed 4 new ceiling fans in our house. The house had old ceiling fans that wobbled badly. He took the time to educate me on the proper way to hang ceiling fans so they were safe and stable. Well worth the money for the peace of mind it gives me and my family knowing that the work is good and up to code. I hired Classic Electric to install a 240V outlet for an EV. Thomas was responsive to my inquiry for estimate. For both the estimate visit and the date of install Thomas was on-time. A rare quality it seems for contractors. Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable and he genuinely cared about the quality of his work which I appreciated immensely. The cost of the install was reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire Class Electric again or recommend the company. It's great to find a business owner like Thomas who has integrity and supplies great customer service.

He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it.
We hired him to upgrade our panel and service due to a new electric furnace. This required interfacing with PGE to upgrade the service and coordination with the HVAC company.
It all went flawlessly.
We'll be doing upgrades in the near future and will be calling on Thomas again.
