Awful costumer service. Absolutely do not recommend. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Opposite of classy, more like trashy.

I have gotten a pedicure and manicures here. The staff is lovely. Very sweet and professional. The massages are relaxing and my nails are pretty and exactly the shape and length I wanted. I will return.

I had a dip powder manicure and pedicure. Let me start by saying that the technician was extremely nice and friendly. The facility was also very clean and they took special precautions to keep everyone at a distance from each other. My reason for two stars was the the way the service was rendered. The technician was extremely rough and hurried. I have weak nails and bad arthritis and she seemed oblivious to both of those things. She did both services in one hour and during that hour was talking on the phone and helping other customers. I admire efficiency but this was not a physically pleasant experience. She needed to be attentive, gentle and slower and book clients appropriately so that the service is not painful and worth $95.00. I am very sorry to say that I will not be returning or recommending this nail salon.

I went for a polish change they went out of the line and said it was extra $ to fix. Then they Steve’s me $45 for a polish change only. They don’t list prices and make them up

Literally the best and most friendly service I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. I had a gel full set and my eyebrows waxed and was out the door in 50 minutes. So fast and absolutely gorgeous I love my nails and eyebrows. This is officially my home salon.

I love my manicure! Friendly staff who are careful with my arthritis hands and toes, too. Peaceful music is restful, not hurried.

This is a lovely place to come for a pedicure. The staff is all super friendly and just a delight to see. Have been coming here for months, and will continue to drive out to see them!

I've been going here for almost 3 years. All the employees and especially the manager care about the customer's experience. Standard salon offerings: mani, pedi, acrylic and waxing. Karen always does fun designs for me. I like my nails being the canvas for her creative side. They have been on top of the covid safety guidelines since the shutdown a year or so ago. I would also consider them LGBTQIA+ as I'm.one of those people.

First time in - Karen was great and communicative. Worked off a photo I brought in an adapted to what I was wanting. Let me try out a few colors/sparkles before settling on the final ones. Nice shape/file too. I'll definitely be coming back!

Second time coming to Classy Nails & Spa. I love how my nails turned out this time they are perfect and worth every penny. Pictures are from today. The first time I had my nails done here I was very disappointed with the way they turned out they looked rushed and sloppy, and to pay 80$ for a set of acrylics then start losing nails within the first 2 days of getting them done I was not happy. But overall this visit changed my opinion. I would recommend.

I made a reservation for my daughter, her BF, myself and my BF for a end of summer pedi/mani and had a pretty lame experience. Even though we had a reservation they still were servicing walk ins before us. It ended up being so busy that I wasn’t able to get my nails done because they wouldn’t be done until after the kids and my BF had their nails done. I was so excited to get matching nails but this was honestly one of the worst experiences that I’ve had. My BF left with a jacked up big toe which pretty much surmounts our experience! I want to support local businesses during the pandemic and I’m so happy that they’re doing business but we were totally mistreated! I won’t ever go back!

Very clean and calm environment.the staff were amazing and did everything to make sure our nails looked the way we wanted.we definitely be my new go to nail salon

Water was barely lukewarm. Asked to have it hotter. My feet still had dead skin on feet had to tell her to scrape harder to due to them not using a pumice stone to scrub feet. Massage felt rushed. Honestly felt like I could have done this in my shower. One positive I love my color.but still had to go over my feet when I got home. This was my first time there I won't be back.

I’ve been here twice and both times everyone has been really nice. I received great service, very happy with both nails and wax.

My nails are uneven and crooked. The nail tech was rushing, and used the same gloves on me as she used on my sister, her glove broke while she was doing my nails but she didn’t change them. She left my sisters fingers bleeding.
