Bought a tractor, three implements, and a chain saw.always deal with Josh. These guys are the best. Just had some warranty repairs done, they picked up and delivered, awesome! Thanks Josh and team.
Lived here for 30yrs. Didn't even realize they were here. Friendly and was very helpful
Brought a year old John Deere mower in with engine surging. They replaced the carb saying it's not covered under warranty as it is a "fuel issue". I always use ethanol free fuel with stabilizer. Asked them what I else I should use but they had no answer. Neither this dealer nor John Dear themselves stand behind the product.

They don’t wear masks in the store and look at you funny if you walk in wearing one even though they have a sign on the door.
They are also completely uninterested in helping you out and told me to look online for a brush cutter attachment rather than try to sell me one for an electric dewalt that uses a universal attachment system and can easily fit a stihl head.
I thought I’d try to support a local business but with service like that, I’ll pass.

Emailed them regarding a John Deere lawnmower.said not in stock any more questions? Seemed rude and disinterested. Guess if I needed any additional customer service after the purchase if I made one, I would get a similar response.oh well others would like to sell me an expensive mower
Had a different experience then most recent folks. Brian went out of his way to sell me my John Deere tractor and implements. I did call a few times and we changed the order to tailor what i needed, and they were able to fulfill those…As most things, COVID has ruined lots of supply chains, so not everything is available. I sure like this place better then the local PAPE dealership at my house…I would definitely do business and recommend them to others in need. I sure hope Pape does nit buy this place out…i have seen what happens next when they do…
As with most customer service places we’ve been to lately, we’ve had sub par service. Ordered over a thousand dollars in parts. The sales guy Brian was right on top of our needs. Emailed, called, did everything to make our transaction right. Waited over a month. Called for status. Person answering phone Couldn’t locate our order. After 30 minutes, found our order and stated still waiting on two parts. Another month. Same thing. Says all parts are in according to computer but would physically check and call me back. No call. After four days I call again. Same issue Couldn’t locate order. After a few minutes says order is ready to be picked up. Wouldn’t you think that if an order was complete, that SOMEONE would call and let the customer know. Go to pick it up today, and I feel like my presence in their business is annoying to them. As a long time customer and local farmer, I’d expect some sort of courtesy.
Very friendly like the new owners seem like very good people I rented a rototiller problem with it they gave me a nice new one to use instead of the broken one I will be back quite a bit more than usual can't wait till the new saws come in

Rude, disinterested and contradictory.
A friend needed a John Deere part for her ride-on mower. The mowe was purchased new at this location. I called to find out price and availability and was told that they needed the mowers VIN. They said it told them everything they needed to know. When the part arrived and they called me I asked if the part was already paid for because my friend has called them to place the order.
I n was told that he didn't know. I offered to give him the mowers VIN if that would help.and was quickly told that the VIN was useless and didn't tell them anything.
