Claudson's Sew & Soak, La Grande OR

We recently purchased a new Hot Springs spa and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the product, the customer service we received, and the accountability for delivery, installation, and guidance. Co-owner Greg even provided a complimentary box of spa chemicals and has always been most prompt and cordial in answering any questions we had. Great experience!

Claudsons is fabulous. I came from Montana for a Kimberbell workshop and was treated like royalty. Staff was great and extremely helpful. Tremendous supply of Kimberbell stuff! My two days was well worth the trip!

Haven’t stopped in for awhile as I don’t live in La Grande, but was pleasantly surprised to see they had expanded their fabric selection. I spent a lot of time browsing (and buying:) ) I will definitely be going back. They had a beautiful selection of fabric along with nice election of threads.

Sandi &Greg are great! I love the sew nights Sandi has, gives me the opportunity to work on my unfinished projects and to start new ones. Everyone is so helpful.

The staff is amazing! I am a newbie and my questions are answered with clarity and patience. Greg is a thorough and conscientious expert repair person. Sandi is our calm teacher for workshops. The open sew on Thursday is great for getting help, getting work completed, and having fellowship over lunch. I love Embroidery Club! The range of notions, patterns, and fabric is large in the store and they order what you need if not present at the moment.

We purchased a new hot tub this summer from the great team at Claudson's. They provided excellent information and helped us make a great choice. Installation and operation of the hot tub has been flawless. I highly recommend Claudson's and really appreciate the great service they provide.

Superior customer service. I just bought a sewing machine from them.they helped me get the right machine for my needs. They spent several hours demonstrating various machines. No pressure just good advise based on their knowledge of each sewing machine. In addition they have superior follow up customer service after my purchase.

Fabulous local family owned business! Went out of their way to assist my family and help provide my son with a therapy tub to help meet his needs due to a medical condition.

Much like the synergy between baseball and hot dogs, the combination of hot tubs and sewing machines is a small but integral slice of Americana. So while the rest of the country is too ignorant to clue in, these people had the foresight to focus solely on joining two aspects of life that clearly go hand in hand. Mock LG all you want, you hippies. But we should be thankful we have these unique trendsetters residing in our sleepy little town.

Claudsens is a great place to shop, with a friendly staff and owners! It is a newly enlarged store with a great selection of fabrics, notions, threads and sewing machines.
