Good washing machines. But I lost money (only a $1.50 but still annoying) & 25-minutes on two different dryers (41 upper, 42 lower) : no heat. A bunch more of the dryers are marked Don't Use.:/
Pro tip: try one quarter to make sure the dryer works before putting in more $$.

Most of the broken washers have remained out of order since I started coming here 4 months ago.

My guess is that washers are expensive to fix and dryers are cheaper to fix so they're putting off fixing the washers.

Nice and quiet place to do laundry. Very decent prices, and all the machines that I used work clean and worked well. I think that's going to be my new favorite spot to do laundry. Only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because there is a step going into it. Which if you're in a wheelchair makes it VERY difficult.

Place is decent, but when I tried to get on the wi-fi, it errored saying incorrect password. Even though I used the one posted at the Northwest location.

Look at the photos I posted from 8am today, Nov 17,2023. Absolutely filthy. No restroom. Overflowing garbage, homeless bags, trash and food strewn all over. No staff on hand. Rows of broken “do not use” machines. At 8am there were peoples loads left in the wash from who knows when.

I’d post negative stars if I could.

This place gets the job done but I’d recommend using the app for payment. The dryers along the wall did not recognize the quarters I inserted.

My experience was terrible. This is the second time I’ve come here. The first time was a while ago and I told myself I’d never come back and I didn’t remember that that happened so I came back again today three of the six load machines ate my quarters and did not have signs on them saying they were out of order one of the washing machines eight 350 and didn’t have a sign on it and most of the dryers take at least 6/4 to dry a load that’s not even that Big, I will never come back here again. If there was somebody in attendance or a way to get a hold of someone to get your money back right away, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal to me, but they have the slips that you have to fill out to get sent something if that even happens oh by the way PS on top of the money that at eight I had already also put my soap in so 2 cups of soap per six load machine that six loads 6 cups of sosp plus the one cup of soap I used on the little machine that didn’t work. That’s way too much money for me. The six load machines cost 6 50 let’s break it down 650×3+350 equals $23 I wasted on just the washing machines that’s not counting the extra quarters. I had to put in the dryer and still left with wet clothes don’t go there.

Still decent enough but there are homeless that come in hang around to do their laundry. Leave a bottle of detergent on top of the machine that you're using for 10 minutes to make a call, a homeless scoops it up and it disappears into their bag- only saw it when I came back and they had absolutely no shame.

Annoying that customers have to walk 10 minutes to the nearest restroom, while employees from a nearby food truck have the code to use the bathroom.

It's pretty great in my opinion. The hours are late enough that they always seem to be open when i need to do a load in the evening and they play good music too.

The machines are rarely ever broken and have very reasonable rates (unlike that one place in NE off Broadway, total gyp) and they use the Payrange app which is easy to use. I got a $7.00 credit the first time I used the app which was a nice surprise.

There was a problem with the change machine while I was there I called the number listed and they were there in minutes to fix it.

This place is dirty and the machines are extremely loud, there is no access to a sink or bathroom. Just a cozy single row of about 7 folding chairs to wait in. No response to my application, phonecall or email when attempting to get 'membership' for evening access to mat.

It seems like half the machines have "Do not use. " signs on them and there is no sink. I would give this place a poor rating.

Very clean laundromat. And you can pay with an app so you don't have to deal with getting quarters.

Broken machines, lost funds, no contact information, absent service. If this is what you like in a laundromat, then go here.

This place is a joke. Paid for every machine twice and the dryers etc. 100$ plus. Will eat your money and make you pay again and again
