Took one of my favorite coats here for TLC after just having had it repaired at a local seamstress. When I got it back the clasps were broken and material scuffed. I thought dry-cleaning was supposed to be gentle and their people check this kinda stuff to ensure all is well when complete? At the very least someone could have advised me if they thought it might be at risk.

Very nice people and they do a great job. Very professional. It was a pleasure to be employed there. I love the atmosphere.

Very very terrible service they ruin my jacket that was a present from my son that he bring me from overseas when he was deployed to Afganistán they ruined plus they lost a couple shirts and when I talk to the manager she is very rude and she said that I don’t know what I’m talking about very disrespectful no reimbursement if I could give a zero star I will don’t go there anymore be careful this place is very very bad don trust this place

Absolutely terrible service. I was told the night before my big out-of-state interview that they "lost" my new Calvin Klein blazer (worn once). Instead of preparing for my interview as I anticipated doing that evening, I had to go to the same store I originally purchased the blazer and buy a literally identical blazer to match the rest of my suit. I came back the next week and they "found" the blazer. I brought them a receipt for the new blazer I had to buy due to their negligence, and I requested a refund. They refused to refund me, and literally shrugged when they provided me with the "lost" jacket which was now useless to me. I spoke with the manager on the phone, and she was very rude and repeatedly instructed me to return the jacket I bought, though this was impossible to do. NEVER go to the place, the staff are rude and unapologetic, and the service is deplorable.

I started going here after calling dry cleaners with a general question and no one bothered to help other than The Cleanery.
I've found them to have excellent customer service and I love that my clothes never smell of solvents!
I'll also add I recently brought in a sweater covered in pills and they de-fuzzed it for just $5!

I have a job interview on Christmas eve and every other dry cleaner I called turned me away. Not only is this place open 7 days a week which is rare, but they offer free next day dry cleaning if it's for a job interview. Amazing customer service!

Extremely disappointed. Don't use these cleaners if you like your clothes and think they should look good when you pick them up!
I figured I would try them as they were open Sundays and I needed my hubbies clothes asap. Our usual cleaners is Sparkle. Love them BTW,!
I took in 5 dress shirts and 2 shorts. Only 2 items had a small stain - which I showed them.
EVERY item came back with a tag that stain could not be removed. Some of the clothes now had black marks on them.
It appeared that the items were just pressed and no attempt to remove stain. The cost was $59 for clothes that couldn't be worn.
I did my own stain removal on each item and successfully removed the stains and marks.
I will never use this cleaners again! I would NOT recommend this cleaners to anyone.

This business is amazing. Wanted to get my jacket pressed for same day. They had it done for me while I waited. This is not the norm, but it made my day.nothing like good service. This place still has it.

They did an amazing job on my dress it a bunch of makeup on it from an event and it came out spotless. The service was great as well.

I am absolutely impressed with this establishment! They are very friendly, decently priced and can work miracles with clothes! I brought in my extremely white prom dress with 6 different makeup stains on them and each stain was almost 5 years old! They got each stain out, the dress is whiter then ever and they got it done in just a few days! Anytime I need dry cleaning done, I will come back here!
