Cleaning by Knight, Bend OR

Jackson is very thorough and efficient. I have a dog and that means hair everywhere. I would definitely recommend Cleaning by Knight and Jackson specifically to anyone.

My bid that was discussed was not executed today. I'm a little disappointed.what didn't get covered.the small area that did get covered was good, but spots still missed. In my bid the lady told me that the rooms would be swept and mopped. None of the bedrooms were done. She did the bathroom but she didn't do the baseboards or the boards above the door. Or light fixture. I still had some bark under my couch that a vacuum could have got. My pillows are exactly the way they were when I left. I dropped a Kleenex by the side table and it's still there which lets me know that corner didn't get done. None of my shelves were dusted, (assuming this was a standard clean because I'm not witnessing a deep clean)
I used to work housekeeping and it's a lot of hard work and it does take really good time management to cover these areas. I just think with the amount of time (4.5 hours) these things can have been done. I live in a small duplex. I'm glad people had a good experience as I was recommended to them but I would not use their services again.

Just had our first home cleaning with Cleaning By Knight and we are so impressed. They completed a quick walk through to provide a detailed estimate, and then got us scheduled for our first cleaning within a few days. The cleaners were very thorough, friendly and communicative. I have hired Cleaning by night for the last four years for my vacation rental in Sunriver. They are efficient, do a great job, and keep care of my home when I am not living in Central Oregon. It’s not easy, taking care of vacation rentals! The house is left immaculate no matter who rented it. They are just nice people! I have moved to Bend and now I am hiring them to do my personal home not the rental. I won’t hire anyone else! Thank you so much cleaning by night and all your wonderful gals.

Cleaning By Knight has worked for me for years. They do a wonderful job, charge a fair rate and stand behind their work 100%. The house doesn’t look done until they’re finished!

CBK has taken care of us since we moved to Bend three years ago. We started with a deep clean then moved forward with bi-weekly cleanings ever since. They have been pretty fantastic all the way around. The communication is great and I’ve never had a cleaner arrive late. They truly are the best and you can rest assured you are in fantastic hands! This company deep cleaned our home before starting a regular bi-weekly clean for us. Most recently they completed a move-out clean. We get an email when they're on the way, and an email when they complete the job. I love that. I highly recommend Cleaning by Knight!

I just had my home cleaned by Christie with Cleaning By Knight, she did an amazing job and it was nice to come to a clean home and she went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Cant wait for our next clean!
