Awful business. They will tell you the billing complaints were due to an old provider. But these people will lie to your face and then try to charge you. I’m not some old grumpy discontent customer, I’m a 30 year old who has a partner in the field of law and knows exactly what I’m talking about. They will tell you a much lower initial cost, I confirmed 1000 times that this is the final cost. Then you sign a waiver saying “prices may vary, and that it’s an estimate”, so what do you know? We go from $88 to $450 out of pocket cost.

Record every single phone conversation with this business. You will thank your pockets for it.

Beware of their unprofessional billing practices: They requested payment upfront for my MRI at time of service which I thought was weird but I agreed to because I had just received a cancer diagnosis and wasn't going to quibble over a needed MRI. Their billing office than botched submitting the claim to Anthem BCBS by failing to include the pathology report confirming my cancer, so my out of pocket maximums failed to include what I paid for the MRI. Real careless of them but they got paid so did not care that their mistake threw all my other medical bills off. Had to waste an hour on the phone with insurance combing through Clearview MRI's billing mistake - The representative for Anthem BCBS confirmed this was totally not best practices for medical billing and this office should have never requested payment upfront for an MRI, should have waited for it to be processed through insurance. Lame.
