Purchased a Profitec Pro 300 last year and it's been great. However, It recently developed and issue with shutting off randomly, but Clive's support has been phenomenal and we able to diagnose and replace the parts without needing to send the machine back for repair. The parts were shipped quickly and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Fantastic experience.

Nothing but good things to say about Clive. I purchased an espresso machine and grinder from them years ago and had a great experience. Their customer service is top notch, shipping is quick, great return policy, offer a trade-in program and rewards, etc.

The company lacks accountability and integrity. We spent $500 on a Ratio 8 and it stopped working 2 months after the purchase. The manufacturer repaired it and it has broke again. The product was not refurbished correctly. It has broken 2 times in less then 6 months. We reached out to Clive Coffee but they have not offered to refund or replace to product.

Blew a fuse 2 times in less then 6 months
I purchased the Ratio 8 coffee machine in Feb 2023. The good thing about this product is that it makes delicious coffee. The bad is that it stopped working two months after I received it. I was able to send the machine to the company for repair and it turned out that an internal fuse blew and it was replaced. It took four weeks to get the machine back. It has been another two months since I got the machine back and the same issue has happened again. This time I asked for a refund because this is not a quality product but the company is not offering to take it back and return our money.

I want to invest in quality products and am willing to spend $500 plus but it needs to work longer than 2 months at a time.

Why don't you answer your phone? Ridiculous customer service. Call Clive phone number and you get a recording saying that "you are not allowed to call this number". Are you kidding? I have a $3k espresso machine purchased from Clive and need tech support.

I have now bought 2 espresso machines, 3 grinders and numerous accessories from Clive. They have fantastic customer service and are an all-round fantastic team of coffee professionals. I highly recommend them for your coffee gear needs!

Clive has exceptional customer service and went the extra mile to gain my business versus a competitor. It was always easy to get someone on the phone or answer an email, which wasn't the case with their competitor. Hannah and Nathan were great in answering my questions and finding the right machine for our home. They weren't at all "sales-y" and I definitely recommend Clive to anyone looking to "up their coffee game" at home.

Thank you Clive Coffee for being there! I just read your article on Brew Ratios, Basket Sizes, and the Confusion over a "Double Shot" and then pulled two "perfect" shots on my R58. Using your ratio method of thinking over shot numbers is a game changer.

We came by from out of town to look at two specific models of espresso machines, but when we got there, the Portland showroom happened to be closed. Nathan opened the door anyway, and after hearing we weren’t from the area, he welcomed us inside. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to talk us through our options and demo a machine. No high-pressure sales pitch and no rushing us, even though Nathan had other obligations. We walked away with a beautiful ECM machine and a great deal. We really appreciate you going the extra mile for us!

I had purchased an espresso machine last year (Lucca A53) and later went on to buy a grinder (Eureka Silenzio.) Both were purchased during open box sales and both were shipped with care and in a timely manner. Looking at a year later and both machines have held up well. I appreciate Clive Coffee's dedication to servicing and caring for their machine well that allows us buyers to get a good deal!
