Not sure what’s going on but I dropped off my Hamilton automatic watch almost three months ago for full service. I’ve called like 3 times and supposedly the owner doesn’t know what’s the status on it is. It could be in a corner somewhere haven’t been worked on at all. Who knows really. I’m assuming nothing is being done to it because she said she’d call me back if she had any progress on it. No call back of course. I assumed it would take some time a month maybe two. Front desk person she should definitely be setting a time period to her clients. When to expect it done.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Just called to check on my watch which I brought in 2 months ago to have a band replaced. Owner clearly had no idea where it was ("it's maybe at the workshop"), told me that an order for the band hadn't even been placed and acted like I was bothering her by asking about it. Told me she would "call when we have it in" which seemed unlikely so I told her that there was no reason for this to be taking so long and that I wanted to pick up the watch. I asked her when it would be in and she repeated, "I don't know, we'll call you, " and then hung up on me. Called her back and reminded her that these days hanging up on customers has consequences, including reviews like this one. The other negative reviews about this place are clearly right on. As much as I like to support local business, they do have to earn that support. I'm writing this now so that the owner is on notice that I expect my watch, which I've had for 15 years without ANY mechanical issues, to be at the store this week and in the condition that I left it in. I'm pretty sure I can get the band replaced in a couple of days pretty much anywhere else.

Have had a TERRIBLE experience with this place. Dropped the clock off on August 27, and by Nov. 27 it still wasn’t done. I would call numerous times, ‘they couldn’t get the screws off, ’ asked if I had sent it somewhere else in the past, no I have only sent it to you all. Then the owner said I will personally work on it. Still nothing, no word. In all this time there was never, I am sorry it’s taking so long, or be upfront about it, I can’t fix it. So I finally picked it back up and got my clock out of that shop! Then they lost the back of the clock, was suppose to mail it to me.had to call about 3 times. Never got that back. Maybe they can replace batteries but that is all they are capable of. Abysmal customer service.

Lost a Seth Thomas Regulator #2 in a house fire, They were able to find one and have it up and running in two months. Great service

They did such a great job in fixing my (grandmother's) clock. Their choices toward repair were within the most perfect sect of design. Highly recommend!

Got my first kit-cat clock today! I meant to get the ladies name that helped me out. I’m assuming she is the owner. Her shop is beautiful. She’s genuinely a lovely person and I will be back whenever I see more kit-cat clocks in her window. Thank you ️

The owner is super knowledgeable and kind. She keep the place open after hours just to accommodate me being a little late to get into the store. She was honest and respectful. Good prices and selection to boot! Support this mom and pop so to speak business. It is a gem!

Don’t take your clock there, very poor business practices. Took in a working clock and now it doesn’t work. They did not explain anything on the front end of the repair. If your time piece has meaning to you, take it to Al Pohlpeter In Hillsboro. I will never do business with the Clock Gallery again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Went there to inquire about a potential size adjustment for my watch and the lady at the desk asked me if I "absolutely couldn't stand my watch being a little loose" in a condescending way. Why else would I be there? Might have caught her on a bad day because the other reviews seem decent, but I walked out of the store after that, very rude.

Amazing ability to promptly fix problems with watches. My dear nephew went crazy happy receiving 2 train watches. One had the train go round the watch as the second hand, the other made train sounds. He could not have been happier. He loves trains and now he has 2 different options depending on what he wants to wear.always with a giant smile! Thank goodness for the gal that made sure that both worked well with fresh batteries and needed tweeks!

Very nice ladies, very capable in their craft. I felt comfortable leaving my clock in their hands. Lovely shop, lovely location.

Come here for all my watch needs, have gotten bands replaced, watches sized and batteries replaced here before. Awesome people with great service!
