Cloud Nine Dental at Raleigh Park reviews
14I’ve had previous experiences that have not been so great at other dentists, but the staff at cloud nine have been nothing but excellent and caring. I haven’t been to a better dental office!
Was ten minutes late but super personable staff and thorough in their work. And the hygienist, Jess, followed up next day which was above and beyond. Easy to schedule with not super long wait times and up front about costs. Finally found a dental office I love!
Dental work requires I come back because the crowns not correct; the we played and took pictures of the buffalo coat and hat we all wore.
Dr. Waterman, hygienist Lauren, and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful. As someone who really disliked dental visits in the past, I always look forward to my appointments at Cloud Nine Raleigh Park. The staff are patient, caring, and thorough, in addition to the amazing care programs they off to those without insurance.
*Edited to add that their entire staff is amazing?
Great experience! They went above and beyond. Even called to schedule my appointment with a specialist for me. Can't thank them enough for helping me.
I was told at a previous regular visit that I had a "minimal anesthesia" tooth to fill. So I sweated the whole time before the visit worrying that she wouldn't give me the pain killing treatment that I feared I would need.
When I got into the chair, she looked at the tooth and said that only the edge needed to be filled would likely need no numbing, but if we got started and I was feeling any pain to raise a hand and she'd stop and make me comfortable.
She was right, and the drilling and filling were without pain and very quick! Best dental appointment I've ever had!
Minimal pain, I just had a cleaning, but minimal all the same. Very friendly and kind staff. They gave clear instructions and answered questions with patience. Office is bigger than my previous dentist, but still a one on one feel that I liked very much.
I had some issues and pain, partly due to mistakes by a previous dentist. They got me right in, and the wonderful substitute dentist (main one is out on maternity leave) was personable, kind, efficient. And the two molars she fixed feel great now! I appreciated their willingness to help me with very short notice, and that they got both teeth done without needing another visit! Great team; Jess the assistant is fantastic.
The staff is pleasant and when I had questions they were explained in a way I could understand. As someone who struggles with anxiety, it’s important for me to listen to improve my dental health and hygiene. They did a great job of that today! Bed side manner matters, and that was wonderful today.they were just a tad behind schedule but nothing to get too worked up about. Would definitely recommend them.
First time at Cloud Nine. Excellent cleaning, thorough exam by Dr. Smith and welcoming atmosphere (thank you Letty!) - felt taken care of! I heartily recommend Cloud Nine Dental.
Very professional and knowledgeable in their care and Treats every one with sensitivity to one's needs. I would recommend them to friends and family.
The staff is very friendly. Lauren (hygienist) did a very good job and is very pleasant to work with.
Raleigh always has the kindest, most thoughtful and skilled staff who took really good care of my 11 yr old daughter today.
Whoever booked my teeth cleaning should have filled me in a bit better about the expectations of the day… Following up with the dental assistant about what x-rays were needed and why.
Again I thought I was only coming in for a teeth cleaning, not another round of x-rays, (18 of em) and an exam.
A little bit of a communication breakdown happened with me not being informed by anyone up front!
