CMH Urgent Care - Seaside

It was a busy day. I was first time visitor with no appointment. I was seen in a reasonable time and the front desk was very friendly in spite of being busy!

Recently moved to Seaside from Utah. First time at CMH Urgent Care. The waiting room was clean, quiet and spacious. It only took 10 minutes to be seen. Was impressed with everyone I encountered - from the friendly and helpful receptionist to the tech who took vitals to the nurse practitioner, Tristin. She listened closely to my health concerns and took enough time to explain the diagnoses and treatments. She was knowledgeable, professional and caring. Glad there’s a pharmacy onsite.
Will definitely return, if I have a medical need.
So glad this facility is here in Seaside!

Really happy and thankful for the team at CMH Urgent Care of Seaside. I came on a Saturday afternoon with my very sick toddler and they took him in immediately. Everyone was so kind and empathetic towards my son which made a very stressful situation easier. They got him diagnosed and got his prescription filled quickly. Thank you everyone for taking care of us!

I went in for them to look at a knee injury from a hike a few months before and reported this at reception. I wanted to know why it wasn't healing.

When I saw the doctor I started to explain the knee injury, telling her about how I injured it, when she interrupts me and says the arm I was gently touching out of anxiety was the wrong one for a heart attack. Confused, I clarified that I was talking about my leg (specifically the knee) and that my arm was fine. She repeated again that she didn't think I had a heart attack. I said I didn't think I had one. She asked why I was "trying to fake one. " When I asked her to focus on my leg, her response was "let's talk about your arm first".

After more back-and-forth that grew more ridiculous, I got told her I was leaving, since she obviously wasn't going to help. She accused me of trying to get drugs and reported it on my medical chart that every doctor is going to see when I contact them.

By the way, I had offered to give her the personal number to my boss that had referred me there. She refused to call. I also offered to call by my previous doctors as proof that I've had this complaint for a while now. She refused. I never even mentioned wanting painkillers. I just wanted a diagnosis. And she said she 'was not qualified to give me one'.

As I was leaving, I was still limping, and she decided to take one last jab by saying 'I must not be in enough pain if I can still walk on it'.

After being treated horribly there, I went back to my car and had an anxiety attack. In the middle of it an employee came out to my car and said that if I don't leave the lot immediately they would call the police on me for loitering. I had clearly been crying and not okay. I never even raised my voice at any of them, and they treated me like a criminal.

I verified from a clinic in Portland a week later that my tendon around the kneecap was torn. Complete waste of money and time, not to mention a lack of empathy.

I will be sure to refer everyone at my work to another clinic in the future.

Communication is very lacking and it's impossible to contact anyone w.r. T.their foot docs. Check in via text messages and a link just to fill out information that they can use to sell to a third party? Why do you need so much irrelevant information that is basically unimportant for anything other than to profile a patient to see if they fit into a study? I'd rather cut my foot off than go here (not really but I think you get my point). After I wrote this I decided to read some of the reviews.if I ran my business like they do, I'd be out of work and run out of town. LOL. Management needs to address there root communication issues as there is absolutely no reason to tolerate hit and miss employees. Maybe AI would be a better option.

Check in was easy and smooth. There was only one patient ahead of me at the time I arrived and I waited fewer than 10 minutes to see a provider. Nurse Practitioner Tonya gave me excellent care. And the in-house pharmacy had my medications ready in 15mins. This was the fastest and most organized urgent care experience I have ever had.

I had a odd itchy / burning type rash come up under my eye and It was only on one side. It was quite impressive that the doctor said it was Shingles and ask another doctor to confirm the diagnosis. I was put on the medication needed and on my way.

Nurse practitioner Hope was wonderful. She took care of my husband quickly painless as possible Great bedside Manner We would go back in a heartbeat.

Got a piece of my hearing aid stuck in my ear. They took it out. No pain. No issues. Nice staff!

We had a great experience with this urgent care. Very friendly and knowledgeable and super quick!

The professionalism & care at this facility was outstanding. We live in the area part-time & will now use CMH Seaside as our Urgent Care Facility.

The help is fast and not complicated I'm very happy and after my visit I was releved

Friendly, quick, and compassionate. Highly recommend. Came in for some pain, in my foot and they took a look at me to see what they could to to help. Thank you!

One of the worst Healthcare experiences I have had in my 50 years of going to the the Doctor. The Primary Practitioner was not attentive or thorough and wasn't even going to do an exam until I asked her if he was even going to look at my issue. She replied, "If you want me to". Proceed to get an Ultrasound and couldn't get my results for well over a week after multiple calls and them telling me to just look my results up on the patient portal. Never spoke with the practitioner to explain my results and options. Needless to say changed my primary care provider and will never go back To Seaside CMH.

Not rude but very unfriendly. Came on a Sunday because I thought Providence Urgent Care was closed. Had to wait 25 minutes just to check in because she was at lunch and the only person working the front desk. Whole experience was one I choose not to repeat if possible. The doctor was caring.

Amazing clinic, professional and fast. I haven't had a visit this pleasant in a long time, especially in clatsop county. I definitely recommend this facility if you're in the seaside area.

I went in to see Patti Bouille today and she was the best! She made me feel so at ease and was super helpful! I loved her! Best OBGYN I've been to yet! Highly recommend her!
