So I went through the online Katzkin Automotive Leather upholstery business and with a 10% military discount and paid $1620 totally to get my fabric vehicle seats replaced with good quality leather upholstery and the Katzkin company had me drop my vehicle off at Coach Automotive Accessories in the Beaverton area about just over a mile from the Washington Square Mall. Within 30 hours after drop off my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. Their work, quality, price, and speed is incredible. I went through 3 other business before hand and I got quotes of $2k-$3k and 2-4 week estimated time for completion. So Katzkin was the company to choose, definitely without a doubt and I'm super happy with the results!

These people have been so patient, understanding, and respectful. I don't know if I've been treated better anywhere. I felt unhurried and unpressured into making a decision. Instead I felt supported, encouraged, and fully informed. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience thus far. I'm currently awaiting my order.

May 2022- Can't say enough positive things about Coach: honest, transparent, knowledgeable, friendly, great communication, would 100% recommend Coach!

My sunroof had a leak that created a ton of damage internally and was a headache to get diagnosed and fixed. Long story short- the second place I took it was the dealership and they diagnosed THE WHOLE SUNROOF needed to be replaced for a quote of $2,300. Decided to get another opinion on it after the dealership replaced some electrical components that were damaged due to pooling water and fixed up the inside.
From the first time I called to ask questions, Chief was really transparent about what he thought might be the issue, options, and realistic pricing. I made an appointment, had great communication with McKayla about my drop off and pick up. Chief called to ask some clarifying questions to ensure accurate diagnosis of the leak (the other 2 shops I went to skipped that step), and in the end we only need to clamp a drain hose that had bulged and was leaking due to debris back up in the sunroof drains.

In the end Chief only charged me for the labor to diagnose and the clamp. I didn't need to replace the whole sunroof or even parts of it! Thank you!

7/5/2022 Update- Still no leaks in the sunroof after a ton of late season rain the last few months! Still super thankful for the honest work Chief and team did for me!

I took a friends truck to coach automotive to have interior done I picked custom interior 2 tone with matching my original color for the main body with different color stitching and perforation I went to pick up the truck and they did the wrong interior they only did one solid color nothing I had asked for after talking with the manager (chief) and also the owner kyle blake they said it was my fault for miss communication so I tried to resolve the issue with the owner kyle blake and all he could say is its my fault even know I have emails and texts messages of what I asked for and then he stopped messaging me for 6 months and then started messaging me again saying I need to pay them or they will send me to collections and from the beginning I told him I would pay for the work when it was fixed to what I ordered which I've already payed 600 for a deposit I think they are dishonest and a scam and the owner is very un professional they didn't do anything I asked for and want paid for a job done wrong and then send someone to collections for them installing wrong color I would never trust coach automotive or kyle blake ever.

Coach was used by my Toyota dealership to install a remote start and dash cam and they did a fantastic job - super clean and very happy with the work.

I just had my sunroof repaired by them. Excellent service and price. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was and still am extremely pleased with the quality of the seat covering install Coach did for me. I picked the color of the leather, the accent color and the stitching color, and about a week later I got the call that the leather was in and to set an apointment for the install. I dropped off my car one evening and picked it up the next. Six months later and so many Uber riders in and out and the seats look as new as when I picked the car up.
I would reccomend this place to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service! Great experience here. I came over from NE Portland. Only a short wait compared with other places. I spoke with Chief and he graciously answered all my questions and guided me through the issues with our Sunroof. Fixed efficiently and cost was what they said it would be. Chief will ease your mind and earn your trust! Definitely recommend!

Outstanding company. I got leather + heated seats for my 2021 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 from Coach. The fit, leather quality, cost, turnaround time and professionalism is something other companies should model. They are awesome.

Chief is a sunroof wizard genius! My local auto shop took one look at my sunroof and said the whole thing needed to be replaced for 3K…. I went to Chief instead and he fixed it completely w nothing but a screwdriver in 5 minutes! At no cost I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back for any car body needs.

I am super impressed with their service! They were honest and fast at repairing my sunroof! I drove all the way to Beaverton from NE Portland and it was well worth the trip! I will go to them from now on if I need anything done to my car! I trust them!

I just bought a new vehicle recently and was not crazy about the cloth seats. I was looking online and educated myself on the Katzskin name brand through Tacoma World Forums. This is a superior name brand. I visited their website and found a dealer. I found a style I liked, but the color I saw online was not the color I was imaging in my head.

I spoke to an employee for 30 minutes the next morning, exchanged emails, and I chose the color of leather I really loved. The leather seats arrived in less than 10 days. I dropped my truck off and in less than 1.5 days, I picked up my truck with the new leather seats and was just FLOORED. Everything was perfect and exactly how I imagined it should look like. The quality of the leather was spot on and the shade was correct. The finished product and experience were perfect. These guys and gals are professionals and it really shows. I am so THANKFUL and thrilled with my new leather seats. Thank you so much!

There is no better place to take your car, Coach Automotive is it! Both Kyle's, Steve, Christine, and everybody there is so nice and respectful! I've had 4 power moonroofs installed in various cars and just had a moonroof and heated leather put in my 2011 Sportage. It take took it from nice little SUV to luxury little SUV. You can't tell it wasn't factory! Don't waste you time and money going anywhere else but here, you won't be sorry! Thank you Coach!
