Horrible customer service. I entered the clinic, no greeting or can I help you? I left and won't be coming back. I see a receptionist on her personal phone. I guess that's more important than customers!

They are very caring. I have a prescription that takes prior authorization and lots of paperwork and they do it every time and reach out to me and give me updates. My whole family goes there now.

Amazing people who are attentive and will actually try and work with you. Nonna is a wonderful human being who will take her time to make sure she can do everything she can for you

Got me in a bit early for my appointment. Friendly staff. Everything was explained well to me.

First time patient and was treated great. From the receptionist to every staff member to the Dr. All were superb and outstanding. Was made comfortable and at ease from the beginning.

The folks here, are right on top of their game, always on their toes. They are the professionals we all expect, they are very dependable and amicable. They accommodate you through every step of your eye check up. I keep coming back for all the reasons mention above and then some.

Popped into Coastal Eye Care when my frames broke. Nate and Debbie were incredibly nice and helpful.

I ordered progressives from this clinic and when they arrived, I couldn't see a thing. They reordered the lenses and still I couldn't see a thing. It was "blamed" on me not being able to adjust to the progressives. They ordered me plain bifocals. I have double vision coverage and the cost of the glasses took both vision coverages and an additional $375. I called and requested a refund as the progressives should have been much more expensive than the bifocals and was told "no, we already had to order you 2 progressive lenses and you couldn't adjust so there is no refund coming to you". Well that was several months ago and using the bifocals started driving me crazy because I was practically cross-eyed. I went to another doctor and he measured my PD. It was a full 10mm wider than they had measured. I ordered a new pair of glasses with the correct PD and now I can see without being cross-eyed. So, this office does not seem to be customer focused. They were more worried about themselves than worried that I wasn't able to see out of my glasses. I will not be returning, nor would I ever recommend this establishment.

Optimal experience. I will always come back here for great service. It is one of the very rare optical businesses that I really know actually cares about my vision health and optimizing it to the best it can be. Thank you all!
