My wife and I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed our stay. The homes are beautiful, comfortable, updated, and well maintained. Additionally, we can't speak highly enough about the local Cobalt team, Jenna and Melissa are great!
The only significant drawback is the price, which will likely continue to go up by a significant amount each year. Ours went up every time it was time to renew. If you're anticipating the annual increase, and are comfortable with it then you'll love it here. If not you will be put in a tough spot, as there never appeared to be any wiggle room or breaks for current residents.
