Quesatacos and burritos are lights out good. They used to be a food cart near 82nd and Holgate and moved into the FOPO kitchen space. Such a smart idea. Best attitude ever and amazing food.

Delicious Mexican food, very friendly and helpful staff, great prices. Being located inside Fopo Tavern, you can get a beer and eat inside if you want. Highly recommended!

Update: This restaurant gets it every time! We are dedicated at this point! The marinated pork, the steak, the nachos, burritos! It’s all delicious! The sauces they have too! You have to try this restaurant!

Wow! Se delicious! We got a marinated pork nacho and it was impressive! The meat was just so flavorful! Ordering from there right now and so excited I wanted to leave this review!

Hint hints they do use some special sauces on the wings but you better ask ("trust me ask nicely lol"), also they have a philly torta that is very filling and very good. The shrimp quesatacos are really good but not on the menu but can ask and worth asking.

This food truck is OUTSTANDING! They had hands down the best Birria Tacos that I've ever had. They served it with grilled onions to add on to them, and they had SO much flavor. Seriously, they were perfection. Sometimes Birria tacos can be too greasy and this is not the case, they were perfectly moist, no funny grisly pieces of meat, and it had such a kick of flavor to them.

Can't recommend this place enough, 100% will be back and will recommend to everyone.

Me and my fiance have been obsessed with this place for over a year now and have never had anything but high quality, delicious food. Prices are very reasonable and you can't go wrong with ordering anything on the menu! From the quesatacos, fried rice, to the nachos, amazing avocado salsa and guacamole, also the fresh aguafrescas, to the sides of grilled onions and radishes that accompany most dishes everything is delicious I'm hungry now after writing this Lastly, the couple that owns the truck are the sweetest people ever and make you feel like family. Awesome tacos. We used to come here a lot more, but we moved. Now, it is something we always look forward to when we visit Portland.
The owners are really good people. They care about their food and their customers.
I really like the queso tacos, but my family and I have tried the entire menu over our visits and we have never been disappointed.

I’ve been to at least 10 carts at the Eastport Food Carts pod and this cart is the best of them. Last time I was there, I had a carne asada torta, and it was probably the best I’ve ever had—packed with flavorful meat, but I was intent on giving several other carts a try.

Tonight, I went back and tried the keto tacos: 2 veggie, 1 chicken, and 1 carne asada. $3.50 each. I can say that those were probably ALSO the best I’ve ever had—even better, because these were genuinely unique.

The keto tacos are perfection. The shell is fried cheese. It’s the perfect texture, has great flavor, and even though I got them to-go, traveled home, and put my groceries away first (!), they were STILL HOT and held up without breaking. All of them were amazing, but the veggie combo was deftly designed and worth bragging about: grilled zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers, corn, fresh avocado, and cilantro. There was also a very much appreciated pile of caramelized onions, sliced radish, and lime on the side for all the tacos. I eat a lot, so four was perfect for me, as they were smallish, but dense. Oh, and you'll appreciate the super friendly owners too! Props and gratitude! This will be where I take people who visit me.

Fantastic tacos! Best I’ve had in a long time! Great portions of filling, tender meat. What makes me immediately want to return though are the shrimp tacos. They are quite an experience.
