Terrible customer service, very rude girls, they do not know how to serve or have patience, nothing terrible

I went through the standard process (was glad they had an electronic application as opposed to a traditional form) before meeting with one of their clients in Clackamas. During this meeting, my interviewer was substituted (without notice), which likely happens for a number of reasons. However, most of the session involved listening to their complaints about the attendance of a former employee (not really a productive use of our time even if valid/understandable).
Anyway, after listening to their grievances / concerns, I provided some elaboration - why I was interested in a forklift operating position (compared to my usual line of work) and hopes of cross-training or transferring into an inventory position upon gaining more experience / establishing myself with a new company.

Maybe something about my face translated to "I'm not really interested" - because 1) I cope with depression and 2) tend to have a face better suited for playing poker.
Shortly thereafter, it must have made the agency "look bad" because I was seemingly chastised for bringing up the subject of inventory control, which I didn't find anything wrong with - understanding that some forklift positions overlap with other warehouse responsibilities such as inventory, order selecting, or shipping and receiving.

I'm left with the presumption that it somehow reflected negatively on the agency and rather than clarifying or seeking any understanding and working with their job seekers, they'd much rather resort to chastising you for trying to communicate in a more direct or upfront manner (helpful for neurodivergents; anyone on the adhd or autism spectrums).

This recruiter / agency ceased communication until 3-4 months later when I applied for another position (through Indeed).
In this correspondence, the same seemingly unprofessional recruiter who had scolded me - "I sent you for a forklift position. " merely because I brought up an interest in inventory control alongside their warehouse role) ? Well, unsurprisingly, they were equally unprofessional when I informed her that graveyard/night shift doesn't work with my schedule or professional needs.
Interactions with these types of individuals often leave me overthinking, searching for answers or justifications - pretty much any plausible explanations for the behavior and why the experience of working with agencies and recruiters has declined in the last 3 years (given the unique and interesting challenges that job seekers and recruiters must currently navigate).

So, I guess in-short, if you're like me, you know what you're looking for, or you don't walk, talk, act the way they expect you to (or haven't made the same achievements or accomplishments through similar means), then you can probably save yourself some time and energy by working with other agencies in the metro area (there's no shortage of them in a city of this magnitude).

Honestly, I'm lead to believe they're in the habit of categorizing and profiling - understanding the necessity for hypervigilance or discernment, as of late - based on assumptions or perceived subtext rather than direct communication with direct questions.
If any of it has to do with my gap in my employment, I'm lead to believe they assume the following: I was lazy and didn't want to work (as opposed to going through a depressive episode, which no one will want to hire you if you appear depressed), or that I was the same as anyone purposely maxing out unemployment benefits (on the contrary, I didn't qualify and used my own savings to cover). It's easy to see how quick these recruiters and agencies are to judge or assume.
