Thank you for helping me with my husband into the van he had a brain aneurysm and was slow to walk you were very patient helpful very much appreciated. God Bless you and your family. I use Coiled Cabs exclusively for cab service here in Bend. I have always experienced professional and friendly customer service, paid fair rates and felt safe with the drivers, even in icy and otherwise inclement weather. The cabs are always clean and don't smell which is a small but important detail. After living in large cities where drivers can overcharge, take questionable routes and be creepy, Coiled is a breath of fresh air and I will continue to make use of their services.

This company has some rad drivers. Cathy in particular is the shizz, always prompt and knows what she’s doing. Give her an extra fiver for life advice and six months of good luck.
For real though, treat her well, she’s a badass.

Cathy is always late and is never been on time and is not someone you can depend on. Will never ask for a ride from her ever again.

They specifically asked for flight details and then arrived 30 mins later than scheduled arrival time. The drivers do not wear masks, even when we requested it.

A great cab service- when they show up.
I scheduled a ride to work hours ahead; and they didn't show up at all. 20 minutes later I called and it went to voicemail.
Had to call another cab to get to work, and arrived late because of it.
Unfortunate.

I’ve been visiting Bend, OR at least once a year for the last 10 yrs. The last 4 yrs I always use the services of Coiled cabs from and to the Redmond airport. Excellent service and drivers! In 2019 I visited in Aug and nov and had the same driver on my way to the airport at the end of both visits, Danny. Very pleasant conversation, clean car, good driving and he remembered me, making me a feel appreciated as a customer. Thank you Coiled Cabs and mr. Danny.

First time using this service and I am disappointed. I was told I’d have to wait 10 to 15 minutes but I waited 40 before calling to ask if it’s even still coming. I was told the driver was a town away and it would actually be an hour. Not the transportation to use when you need to be someone at a certain time. Waiting longer than an hour is not worth it.

My family had Coiled Cabs get us to RDM airport on New Year’s Eve and they were terrific. Our driver called us ahead to let us know he was on the way, and was very helpful all the way. Thanks for a great experience!

Is it regular practice for your company’s drivers to not turn the meter on? Twice this week I was charged $15 to go one mile round trip. Both drivers conveniently “forgot” to turn their meters on. It has cost me $17 to go 4.2 miles multiple times when the meter is actually running. I have never written a bad review about anything in my life but I feel totally taken advantage of.

Needing to be at the airport with a 4: 30am pick up and knowing how tight the gate windows are at RDM is always a bit stressful. I had the best airport cab experience today. Danny was super attentive, friendly, while also being very professional. He reached out to me ahead of time to let me know that he knew he had somewhere to be at 4.30am and I could rest easy, he would be there. And he was. Not all cab experiences are created equal and I certainly don’t have a high bar when it comes to taxi services so this was a really pleasant surprise. I felt like I had called a private driver, not a cab.

These folks have been picking up my son from middle school and taking him to his music lessons. Today they forgot him and left him standing in the dark alone. I'm a single parent and a disabled infantry veteran. When I called their number the guy who answered said "sorry he's not on the schedule" I will never use them again. I'll uber or call their competion. Coiled cab company sucks.

My experience was excellent- Dan was the drivers name. We bonded over the fact that we were both Irish. He made my ride very nice and I got to my location on time. I had a headache from traveling but Dans cab was clean and comfortable. Overall great and I will request him next time.

Danny was our driver today for airport ride. He was great! Texted earlier to confirm pickup, at house early and helped get us on our way which was no small task with 5 people and lots of luggage!
