Coin-op Laundry, Estacada OR

Great place that's owned by friendly, fast responding locals. Three different sizes of washers and great dryers too. Nothing modern about it, but it's a great spot to do your laundry!

Most machines don't work/are out of order for whatever reason. Machines don't always clean clothes- numerous times I've had to wash a load twice just to get it clean- clothes don't even smell clean coming out of the washers! The owner will encourage you to use the large load machines, of which there's only five, maybe six, but less loads doesn't always mean your clothes are clean. You have to get there at just the right time as there's a line waiting for the washers that work. Most dryers don't run hot enough & take FOREVER to dry even thin, light loads/clothes. Dryers are expensive, too. The building is older, but not in the best repair. Sweeping is one thing but when the ceiling & walls, doorknobs & AC units are covered in spider webs, it makes it feel neglected. Yes, if a machine steals your money, which they tend to do, there's a number listed in the wall to call & the owner generally shows up quickly. But it's yet another inconvenience. Another laundromat in town or just someone who wants to own a laundromat who would put in some much needed effort would be nice & great for this town.

I go here because i have to.its a horribly forgotten about building that needs help in a bad way lol its terrible. Yet the washers and dryers work top notch. The price not good.

Sure it's the only one in town.but the gentleman that works at night that closes the place is awesome, friendly and down-to-earth. Yeah the building is older and some of the machines might not work but the majority of them do. Some people just like to complain.everything about this business is functional, so what if it's in an older building! Some of the machines might be down but most of them work! A friendly and attentive worker gave me laundry soap and didn't even have to cuz I forgot to bring mine that goes a long way with me.

Good for washing big stuff comforters and sleeping bags! Takes a lot of quarters to dry though!

Was clean but many of the machines were out of order

Run down, broken machines, expensive, nasty dirty old building, smells, zero pride. A little paint and care would go a long way
