It's a pretty small place but I like the waffle cones and it's amazing to pick out the ice cream you want the flavor and all that and to watch them mix it all up on a Cold Stone and then put it in your waffle cone and oh my gosh it's very good

The worst Cold Stone location we've been to. The service was terrible. They messed up our order and they were rude about it. The cashier didn't want to assist with their points program. We strongly disliked this store.

Never been. Will for sure go back when back in Lincoln City. Great ice Cream. Little pricey but I will be back. Good product. Fun coast trip place to go to. 5 star rating for vacation stop. 3.0 if it was in home town. Like I stated, pricey.

Came here a few weeks ago and the service was great. Tonight I walk in and 2 young men were helping the gentleman in front of me while 2 young girls made their own ice cream, went to the back to eat it, then come back out to make more. All this time I have not been greeted. 15 min later right before closing I decided that I would write a review instead of wasting more of my time. The younger individuals need to understand the customer should be helped way before yourself and if your off the clock you could atleast greet the customer or acknowledge their existence.

Very friendly staff here who were happy to serve me even ten minutes before closing.

I felt bad coming in for ice cream so late. Fortunately the young employees there were very nice, and didn’t seem to mind that I came in so late which made the experience very pleasant! I would definitely come back!

Very nice staff and delicious treats. My family and I all loved what we ordered. They have cute ice cream cupcakes, waffle bowls with sprinkles and so many sweet treats.

Service is A+! Even with a long line you get your order in quickly and get it just as fast. Lots of flavors and candy sidesto mix.

Great way to end our day at the Oregon Coast! Friendly employees and always awesome ice cream can't be beat! There's also a drive thru for those who want to grab their treat on the run.

Such a delicious treat since we don't have one at home. Ice cream cakes, ice cream cupcakes, pre-packed ice creams, and the classic scoops, cones, and bowls available.

My favorite is cake batter & sweet cream ice cream with cherry pie filling, brownies, and almonds. Yum!

Facilities are clean and have outdoor seating available. Public restrooms are clean. Nice and cool inside of you're looking for a cold place to chill.

I just came in with my family and didn’t realize it was like 3-4 mins before close, everyone who was working was super efficient and as someone who works a similar job i just wanted to say sorry about the added stress lol

We have come here three times in a week. The employees are kind and helpful. The restaurant is clean. The ice cream is absolutely amazing.

Our last experience, the manager was there, and she was so rude to her employees! We couldn’t believe it! I would be mortified if I were here.

Fabulous ice cream stop. Consistent and handy to have close by. I’ve ordered a birthday cake and it was very well done. Friendly staff. Favorite flavor for me is Banana Carmel Crunch, but I’m going to recommend any of their flavors.
